Wonderfully run company
Amazing experience with such a helpful team. They really know what they're doing and are very efficient in their conduct. I will definitely keep ordering from them!

Awesome vet
Awesome practice that really goes the extra mile. I have been searching for a vet practice like this for years and am so happy to have finally found Dr Falon and her team. They really add a personal touch to every interaction I've had with them and are so keen to educate everyone they can.

Ghosting after incorrect charges
Horrific experience from Hennie at RealNet Rainmaker. It took him over 4 weeks to return my deposit, and he only did so after I followed up. He has charged me an exorbitant exit inspection fee which is not allowed according to South African rental law and is now ignoring my mails. His service was shocking throughout our rental agreement, with him never communicating with us or giving us requested information. I will NEVER use any of the the RealNet agents and will vehemently discourage others from using them too

Awesome concept and great delivery
Awesome concept and execution. Not having to think about what to cook for dinner after a long day at work is such a relief. The food has always been fresh and healthy, with great flavours. There is a limited plant-based/vegetarian offering which is one of the only areas I think they could improve on. It may seem a bit expensive but my partner and I save money by not going to the shops regularly and buying random things

Wonderful service
I have always had such prompt responses and wonderful service with their email line to fix places where I have entered the information wrong. It's great to deal with a company that obviously takes pride in doing their jobs well. Thank you!

uselessness to its maximum
Absolutely useless service. It would have been easier for me to just drive to Cape Town and fetch my package. They marked my package as unable to deliver despite me being outside my delivery address and waiting - ie they never tried to deliver. I have been trying to talk to the driver or any human and their app/communication is USELESS. I just want to speak to my new driver and they can't even tell me that.

Great compassionate service
Great staff that really care for the animals. They even went so far as to send me a picture of my sick dog that's staying the night. Would definitely recommend to others
