Awesome practice that really goes the extra mile. I have been searching for a vet practice like this for years and am so happy to have finally found Dr Falon and her team. They really add a personal touch to every interaction I've had with them and are so keen to educate everyone they can.

Vet Falon is excellently knowledgeable and dedicated. The most valuable is her interest in getting to know your pet on a deeper personal level. Beyond the ailment and the history to the likes/ dislikes and fears. Not having to put my boy on the examination table makes him more at ease.

We engaged the services of dr falon to repair the cruciate ligament of the rear leg of our dog. Surgery went well but afterwards we experienced complications. We took or dog back a couple of times for follow up visits (which was initiated by us) and dr falon recommend that we look at physiotherapy. We(dr falon and us) decided to first let the dog rest and recover before physiotherapy. After a month I took the dog back for a follow up - complications with the hind legs and tail was still present. I was told to return the next day so that the "specialist" could have a look at the dog. Returned the next day but there were no specialist but falon told me she wants to take xrays to determine if a tumor was present - No tumor found, but she identified a possible previous back injury and problems with the femur head - Why operate if this was present or were there no xray taken before surgery??? We were told to keep medication the same and she will get back to us. Next day the dog's pain was so bad that that I decided to call. She told me that the specialist has not reviewed yet and will get back to me. Two days past and I still have not had any feedback so decided to take the dog to another vet. They immediately adjusted the medication and said that they will require the xrays before they can further comment. I again phoned Value Vets to request the xrays and again had to wait until the next day before I received - had to phone again the next day to remind. Till today I was not contacted to discuss a possible future plan or review from any specialist. I was just told today that they will write a review letter to another specialist - we can contact the specialist but they will most likely request new xrays etc. So this is the type of service you can expect - no feedback, no review and no medication adjustment to maybe relieve the pain of a family member. My dogs are just that, family members and not just your accounts and numbers. This is disgusting service!!
