Missing Meal Kit & Zero Customer Support
Absolutely shocking service from UCOOK. One of my meal kits never arrived — literally only the berries showed up — and after taking my money, they’ve completely ignored me on WhatsApp. Being ghosted by customer service when part of your order is missing is unacceptable. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is honestly disgraceful.

Missing Meal Kit & Zero Customer Support
Absolutely shocking service from UCOOK. One of my meal kits never arrived — literally only the berries showed up — and after taking my money, they’ve completely ignored me on WhatsApp. Being ghosted by customer service when part of your order is missing is unacceptable. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is honestly disgraceful.

MADE LIFE SO MUCH EASIER AND SAVED MONEY
Timeous delivery. No hassle with payment. Clear communication. We ordered the low fat/calorie option, not expecting the delicious food that we did recieve. I ordered for two people and not a drop/morsel of anything was wasted. I didn't go to the store for a week, which saved us a lot of money. HIGHLY recommend using UCook.
