Great experience, great treatment, great price.
Amazing experience. Dr Sam is the most incredible vet and her team are just as wonderful. We’ve had two visits to the vet with our dog, first with a sore leg and secondly, an accidental ingestion of tablets. Both times Dr Sam was kind, understanding and put the needs of the pet first. She explained in depth the situations and treatment plan. The best part was getting the bill at the end - both times we expected a hefty account and both times we were very happy with the amounts. I couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Terrible customer service from everyone except wonderful delivery man
This is now the third occasion that my parcel has landed at OR Thambo - been picked up and taken to Pretoria depot only to be sent back to Johannesburg. The last parcel then sat at Johannesburg depot "under query" for 3 days while I tried to find out what the query was - turns out the address was incomplete although there is nowhere else in Gauteng with our road name which was complete. I have just ordered another package and it landed at OR Thambo - I emailed Lerato to ask her to make sure the address is correct yesterday to which she responded "she can't change the address until the parcel is at the depot". Well guess what - last night my parcel took is extended vacation to Pretoria. When I once again requested the parcel address be checked - Lerato responds with "she cannot help me - send a message to Pretoria". What is the point because it is going to be sent back on the next truck back to Johannesburg. So I apologise to my brother and sister-in-law in advance for their wedding gift being late because the are getting married in 9 days and I have no confidence in Fastway that the parcel is going to have made the short journey from the depot to my house. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the gentleman who delivers the parcels when they eventually get into his van is the most wonderful person - 5 stars for the delivery man! 1 star for Lerato and everyone else I have had to deal with. If the Temu orders are overwhelming them - then stop taking the parcels and let another courier company take some. The service is shocking!
