We have moved into a property that was rented out by agent Sharon Maritz from ZA Prop. We were negatively amazed by the lack of unprofessionalism and unethical behavior displayed by this agent. She addresses people as if they owe her something. We never received a copy of the entry inspection from same agent. We were promised that only investors will be introduced to this property for sale, and that our lease agreement will remain in tact even should the property be sold. This was an utter lie! The property was shared into two (Rentals) only divided by sliding doors and normal entry doors. When "privacy" issues were raised, same agent was running us down as rude. The landlords response was "every one that is unhappy MUST PLEASE JUST LEAVE!" In the 1st month of occupation my neighbours were given 2 months notice because they insisted that the landlord should be accountable for creating privacy to the respective areas that joined the 2 properties (which in fact is only 1 property). The same agent had continually conveyed slander stories about the tenants the SHE screened and approved to rent the properties to the landlord. For 2 months we did not have the use of a working oven. No assistance or at least communication were received by either agent or landlord. THE THING IS: no repairs were done after the entry inspection was done, and 3months into our lease agreement, we were ALL given notice again. Suddenly the landlord needed to sell the property!!!!!!. In the meantime it was the SAME agent that bad mouthed us so terribly to the landlord, and this was the true reason why we were all kicked out. I must mention that my neighbour was already 7 months pregnant at this time and had to move for no acceptable reason. We then learned that the landlord (still in contract with ZA PROP) commissioned an agent from another company to come and tend to her needs. We were told not to, please, say anything to Sharon Maritz. A day or two after we moved into the property, I detected a problem with the ceiling in the garage. I immediately took pictures and forwarded these to the agent, which gave me a thumbs up in reply. At this time of our rental agreement we shared the garage with a previous tenant, that moved out a month after we moved in. Low and behold I was charged for the damage to the ceiling! And some plant pots that were so called in my space of living, that went missing. I had my own pot plants and took a video to ask the agent and landlord, WHERE??? they figured the pots would have fitted in between my plants. But money was deducted from my deposit for the so called missing pots that we have never laid eyes on. I found Sharon Maritz to be arrogant, not at all helping her agents in any way, but rather put them down and tell lies and stories about them. She portrays herself to be a devoted Christian - God help us! I just want to warn people not to get involved with Sharon or her Landlord, they are stingy, conniving and not to be trusted. Be careful, not either of them take other peoples lives into consideration in the sick game they are playing. They are also known to just get people to move in and then give notice at their hearts content. I do no think that either of them are conducting business in an ethical way. I have tried to solve issues with the principle, to no avail. STAY AWAY
BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!! I ordered on Friday and received part of my order. I had to phone on Saturday.......shoved from pillar to post as no one seems to know what they are doing. I had to phone on Monday.................still looking for items I PAID FOR.

I experienced the most incompetent service at Tiger wheel and tyre Midrand on Saturday 15 August. I needed 1 tyre replaced on a rim that was not even on the vehicle. I phoned at around 08:10 and spoke to Ryan about the tyre and told him I would be there at 12:00 to have it fitted. Duly I arrived at 11:55 and was told by Ryan that there were 5 other clients before me and I had to wait for a bay to be available to change 1 tyre. At around 13:40 a bay became available and I pulled my vehicle in. The person that fitted the tyre for me could not believe that I waited so long and that I had to pull into a bay for 1 tyre fitment onto a rim and not fitting it onto the vehicle at all. During my life I owned and operated at least 75 vehicles in my private capacity and in my businesses and mostly had tyres and mags fitted at Tiger wheels. My first purchase was in the mid 70`s from Eddie at the his store in Eloff street, a set of Tiger Tornados for my Datsun 1200. After Saturdays experience having waited one hour and fourty five minutes for one tyre I will never use Tiger wheel for any tyre related needs again. I`m currently associated with 2 companies that operate fairly large fleets and I will strongly urge the fleet managers to not use Tiger wheel for tyre needs. Poor service like this should not be tolerated, definitely not at this time in our country. Remember you do not have a unique product, only service can and will differentiate you from others.
I have been communicating with Absa for 3 months now to send my car papers. After no contact except that they will get back to me, nothing. The next thing I get a email that the case is closed now. WITHOUT ABSA doing anything at all tho service my complaint. ABSA, you got your money, give me my car papers!
