I booked accommodation for 2 people and paid the deposit (check in time was at 10am). Upon arriving at 10:30am, there was nobody in sight to open the door and waited about 10 mins before I had to call the landline to notify them that we were outside. Our room wasn't ready and we were asked to come back in 30 mins. When we eventually checked in the room was in such a disgusting state that we decided then and there that we were not going to stay for the 2 nights as originally planned. The room was filthy, the bathroom ceilings were black with mould, the toilet hadn't been cleaned and a dirty wet towel was hanging there. The floors were filled with dust, the un-ironed bedding didn't fit the bed, the cupboard was tied with rope because the doors couldn't close. Kitchen was filthy and ill-equipped - how could anyone eat there? The place has an old stuffy smell. Outside, the garbage was piled up with flies everywhere, the pool was green! I have photos to prove everything. How can you run a business, with paying customers, and provide such unsanitary conditions of stay? The owner refused to refund my money too. This place should be shut down! Health inspectors please shut it down!
