Request for Prescription Letter – Still No Response

I’ve been trying to get a prescription letter from your office and have called several times with no response. This has become really frustrating because I’ve been waiting for feedback, and nothing has happened.

Please assist me with my request as soon as possible. I just need the prescription letter — it shouldn’t take this long to get help.
