My statement with Letsatsi finance was R12005.71, I skipped one month they handed over to their lawyers. I paid R6000 end of January but the balance is R6570.87 without even the decency to explain the additional amounts.

My account was handed over to Blue Ocean Collection and I paid as requested on the 17th of November 2025. They deducted after sending them proof of payment. I requested a refund and submitted all documents as requested for refund. But they are not even responding to my emails. I sent email twice with no response. A lot of people are complaining about your service when it comes to refund. The funny part is that they updated my credit record. And that cornfims they received the full payment. But it's hard for then to refund me. I bet I will have to do the same even next month.

My account was handed over to Blue Ocean Collection and I paid as requested on the 17th of November 2025. They deducted after sending them proof of payment. I requested a refund and submitted all documents as requested for refund. But they are not even responding to my emails. I sent email twice with no response. A lot of people are complaining about your service when it comes to refund. The funny part is that they updated my credit record. And that cornfims they received the full payment. But it's hard for then to refund me. I bet I will have to do the same even next month.

I’ve been trying to get a prescription letter from your office and have called several times with no response. This has become really frustrating because I’ve been waiting for feedback, and nothing has happened. Please assist me with my request as soon as possible. I just need the prescription letter — it shouldn’t take this long to get help.

Unprofessional & Sh*tyy collections company. Been having a back and forth with them about then sending me a statement and also a letter that shows how much I have paid thus far together with a settlement letter instead I’m sent from piller to post, with never a resolution. I’ve spoken to 3 different people including MPho all the same. I don’t know how I can get help.

Unprofessional & Sh*tyy collections company. There is a trend that the rude, unpolished non entities from the company have a habit of engaging of people in a rude, demeaning manner. Much as these *******s call to collect the money NOT OWED TO THEM PERSONALLY, they don't have to engage me like I am financially obligated to them. there is a ***** that never identified herself who spoke to me like we are friends or even share a man. There is a sickening habit of them asking "how are you?".....if I have to train them is that you exchange pleasantries with someone closest to one...she kept on saying how are you ? how are you ? I doubt if they have Q.A. that listened to their calls ? So please this escalation is a humble request for any dog from this useless company not to call me. I cannot be spoken to like their fellow dunderhead. Respect begets respect, & game recognizes game.

Well I have written about the uneducated people working there so I've spoken to the supervisor who confirmed the I was correct with the figures and who mentioned I would still have to speak to the brainless person dealing with my case. I've been trying for over a week and I keep getting the same story she's not there or she's busy I still weren't reimbursed my money and still got no response from the brainless animal working there name Nombiso.

My account was freed up in March 2024 I then contacted the blue ocean company and spoke to rhem regarding my account. In April 2024 they still deducted R1978 which was a complete month additional amount. I then phoned the company and the lady opened my file and agreed that they were not supposed to deduct the money and handed me over to the one who had my file and she happens to say that she added another 33%. So she also mentioned the account only reflects on their system on the 1st and continued to say that she send a cancelation letter to hr who apparently as no knowledge of. So if the account reflects on the 1st how did she send the cancelation letter on the 25th which makes no sense and now she refuses to reimburse the money back to my account. Is it possible for someone to help please call me on 0691765065.
