Company refusing with Prescription letter
Such a bad company to have to deal with. There is an account that was handed over to blue oceans, an account from letsatsi finance. I emailed them because I want the prescription letter, and someone by the name of Karabo responded to the email I sent on the 23rd of March and said will get back to me, I followed up on the 28th April, there's still nothing. No response no nothing. From this day 20/05/2026 , I will give you a chance to fix this and 21 days from now, I will take this up with ombudsman

Follow up _ two port claim
I honestly don't understand how Liberty works.. you send and email they don't respond, you call and try to follow up on the claim ,it's a problem. I claimed for two port ( which they claim to know that we use for emergency) but they don't treat it as such . I need that money as soon as possible, it's not even with sars as yet. To think I wanted to add a policy with them , yerrr. Bad insurance company to go for.

Bad customer service
I am so angry what the service DSTV people are giving us, my package was changed without my permission, I was given an amount to pay..aftrr paying i am told to pay extra. I provide proof that a consultant gave me an amount, they just disregard me like I am not saying anything and all they could say is " you have to pay" Do mutichoice think we take our money from the tree? Rude Agent
I am not happy with one of your agents. I got a call from a lady today and I told her to call me late or 8am tomorrow, she later sent me a WhatsApp and was rude on the conversation, with what sounded like a threat, no education on how the legal process will take place but rather threats. I told the lady whenever she learns to speak to people, she will then contact me and I proceeded to to block your company WhatsApp number. I need this girl to be dealt with before talking about this account and I want to know how did you deal with this. Please note that I will not let this slide, il even email all the authorities if needed. Your call center agents are rude.

Sixty 60 bad service
I placed an order last night and on the app it showed that il get the delivery this morning at 8Am Few minutes for 8am I got a text to say my order is being delayed.. 2hours later (at 10am) , I called the help desk which did not go through and I ended up calling the brackenhurst checkers which then said they will refund me cos they had system issues. No one communicated that, only when I called at 09:55 they then send a text and tried to call, and by that time I was on call with the shop. My money was then credited into my wallet on the app..because now if I request money to be deposited in my account it will then almost a week at most.. and I need food now, I then decided let me order again, which I did.. I have since been trying to get hold of the help desk again to no avail. I am hungry, I am going up and down on the phone trying to get my essentials to he delivered.. there's no help. What am I supposed to do?

REFUND NOT IN - INCOMPITANCE
I am really not happy and I want to take this matter further. I spoke to Yoliswa whom I believe she has blocked me. Before I take this to hello peter and then ombudsman , I want to give your manager / office to sort this matter out. As you know, I have app**** for a place there , it was approved and then I was told to pay R500 ( Holding fee ) That was on Tuesday. On Wednesday when I texted Yoliswa and to tell her that I am coming to view, she then tells me that the application was then declined. As to how I was not told the etire day I do not know. On that same day she tells me that the R500 refund was processed. I then asked her yesterday where is my money, she tells me that she sent the refund request to finance team But later asked my husband if he got the R500, I am shocked at the fact that she asked my husband that question when I am the one who paid the R500 No one called to confirm which bank details to deposit into. Clearly they not sure which bank or account number will the money go into That’s it the refund was processed. What is puzzling is the fact that I am the one who paid, but someone else ( my husband ) is asked if they got the money Where’s this Yoliswa lady got the POP from me , not my husband , she told ME to pay R500 NOT my Husband It has then been 3 days full , with no money into my account. If you are unable to give me your manager’s number / email address. Please make sure this text gets to him. And il only give your office 3 hours to deal with this, and il be happy to go to hello peter and then take the ombudsman route. And trust me , I AM NOT ONE TO LEAVE MATTER’S HANGING. I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE THIS FURTHER Thank you

STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PROVIDENT FUND MONEY
How long does one have to wait to get their provident fund with Old mutual? I left my previous work place for months now, i still have not gotten my money. Old mutual is not calling nor responding to my emails. i have also tried the WhatsApp route, they keep saying they still verifying my details. really? how long does it take for you guys to verify details ? I want my money, I am giving you a week and il go the ombudsman route

USELESS SERVICE – ITS SO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A SIMPLE ACCOUNT NUMBER TO PAY AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM
So Debit order was not paid because Vuma decided to debit earlier, All good and well, we then try to make a manual payment few days later. For the past 3days Vuma can’t still provide us with account number and ref number for us to make a payment and get reconnected. We have been sent from pillar to post, we called to no answer We sent WhatsApp to no answer. We would like to cancel this stupid contract, we are told we will be charged for early cancelation. Vumatel is such a useless company iv ever been in a contract with, along with their employees.

Poor service
I am so annoyed and disgusted by your services, I spoke to a guy by the name Minenhle Magwaza, who who sounded like he doesn't128 want to even render a service, I asked to speak to a manager, and he said there is no manager on the floor. how on earth is that possible ? such a huge company ? really ? now another issue, all of a sudden by compact plus is double the amount that i normally pay, there for the debit order bounced, even my showmax subscription is double the amount i normally pay, and on top of that, i pay my dstv on the 1st of the new month and all of a sudden my services are deactivated, why is that ? what a shame man, FIX THIS.
