Unprofessional & Sh*tyy collections company. Been having a back and forth with them about then sending me a statement and also a letter that shows how much I have paid thus far together with a settlement letter instead I’m sent from piller to post, with never a resolution. I’ve spoken to 3 different people including MPho all the same. I don’t know how I can get help.
Im fairly new new to WebAfrica, im already regretting why i chose them. just spoke to one of the rudest agents who shouted at me and hung up the phone and asked me why did you you sign up?? its so disappointing to deal with this kind of service. backward and unproffesional. a debit order went off today, and i had arraged for the 25th, i was unaware it would and my router was delivered at 12h00. found out this morning. like im over it already
Im very disappointed in Nedbank. i settled my account 4 months ago, and my ITC still reflects that i owe them. even after calling them enquiring i still get no Joy. 4 months later when this should have long happened already. the consultant seem helpful when they take calls but dont actually get things done. i payed my debt. you are holding up my life. update my payment with credit bureau. i have checked with transunion, clearscore even Nedbank. im truly over this bank, all i want to do is part ways, what do i need to do to get this sorted?
i have received such revolting service at Capitec call centre:0860102043. pathetic pathetic. i have recently joined Capitec, hardly 30 days and i Receive this kind of Service! i logged a call 9 days ago, 9 days!! imagine. i have to constantly call to find out what's happening and told that someone will call me and nothing!!! did i mention that i get put on hold for at least 20 minutes and transferred from pillar to post without getting the service?? an entire BANK???? QALUYIVA SANA!!! THE LAST CALL I MADE 45 MINUTES??? FOR A MEASLY REFUND??? COME ON .. COME ON ... YHOO and the exhausting security questions everytime you are transferred and you have to sing your story every time.. surely you can do better.... i regret crossing over to Capitec...
