Hi. My account was handed over to blue with the amount signed of by the company which the loan had been take with the interest of 33%. My account was freed up in March 2024 I then contacted the blue ocean company and spoke to rhem regarding my account. In April 2024 they still deducted R1978 which was a complete month additional amount. I then phoned the company and the lady opened my file and agreed that they were not supposed to deduct the money and handed me over to the one who had my file and she happens to say that she added another 33%. So she also mentioned the account only reflects on their system on the 1st and continued to say that she send a cancelation letter to hr who apparently as no knowledge of. So if the account reflects on the 1st how did she send the cancelation letter on the 25th which makes no sense and now she refuses to reimburse the money back to my account.
