Blue ocean collection

I was handed to blue ocean by letsatsi finance I did settled my account in full ,on December 2022 I requested a paid up letter for my letsatsi account and I did received it to my surprised they don't update on the 3 of march 2023 I check on Experian credit report it state that I'm behind with two months I'm in arrears I'm owing letsatsi R2800 so they must bring my money because the account was settled in full but they don't update tanx to blue ocean collection for taking me for the ride
