Fidelity tracking device
I called this company with my R100 airtime wanted them to track my car but they send me from pilla to pst without getting any help so I end up seeking some other alternative so I'm gonna be cancelling the contract I will never use their tracker again R100 is gone for nothing will regret looking their device

I took a tracking device with fidelity and today I wanted their help I loaded R100 airtime but didn't got any help they send me from pilla to post my airtime just finished without getting any help i regret looking their contract I will never recommend anyone to them I'm cancelling their contract struuu

I have a Capitec loan and never missed payment then in 2019 was struggling financially and joined dept review and never missed payment then they year may 2024 I was retrenched at work and called Capitec and submitted the retrenchment letter and they told me that I don't qualify as my loan didn't have insurance then with my little money I manage to pay may,June,July but august didn't manage as I'm penny less and not working but now I got tretnening smses And calls that they will list me on credit bereu and list me as a default status I'm not happy the way they treat me and they told me that I must speak to my dept counsellor mara the messages and emails they send me not my dept counsellor I want to warn others about this bank

I bought a Nokia asha 105 on January 2024 within 2 weeks the phone screen was blank and I went to the store to inform them and they state that they can't refund me as I stay with the phone for more than 7 days and they told me that they will book the phone for repair since that day I've been calling they and I don't get a positive response, I regret buying phone from that store which means my money is gone to the drain just like that.

capitec funeral policy
i took out a funeral policy with capitec in may 2019 and insured my self my mother and my brother then my mother passed away on 01 october 2023 I did lodge a claim on the 3th of october 2023 and they did paid the claim then i did add my other brother on the capitec funeral policy to my suprise they changed everything mbongwa was insured on may 2019 but when i add my brother they changed everything now they state that mbongwa was insured on the 30 october 2023 which is not true when i called them they keep on telling me to hold but my matter has not yet been resolved i pend the airtime of 120 for nothing so this is how they treat their customers

Munnik basson dagama inc, these people they have been harassing me since the beginning of the year they say that I have acapfin loan which is not true their consultant are rude I wrote emails and explain that I didn't have any capfin loan if so they must provide a proof because I can't pay anything that I don't know the consultant told me that we will meet in court I'm still waiting for the court date but they don't provide the only thing that they do is to call me everyday I even told them that they must prepare a detail report of this account but no proof

I lodge a dispute with litsatsi account that was paid last year October 2022 and they promised me that my matter will be resolved after 21 days till today i haven't heard anything from Experian I did send paid up letters and called them but with noluck those people they don't practice what they preach

Blue ocean collection
I was handed to blue ocean by letsatsi finance I did settled my account in full ,on December 2022 I requested a paid up letter for my letsatsi account and I did received it to my surprised they don't update on the 3 of march 2023 I check on Experian credit report it state that I'm behind with two months I'm in arrears I'm owing letsatsi R2800 so they must bring my money because the account was settled in full but they don't update tanx to blue ocean collection for taking me for the ride
