Good day I won a Facebook competition on 12 August. I have entered numerous competitions and if I am the winner they tag me or notify me via inbox messager. Logically how else will I know I have won if I am not notified. I was searching for something on Facebook this week and then I came across a post that I had won a R500 wimpy voucher. I was surprised but also very excited. I immediately checked the comments on that post and noticed other winners were tagged with their name so they obviously knew they had won. I was not tagged at all therefore I had no idea I won. I immediately sent an email to the email address that was in the other winners tagged posts. Received an email reply congratulating me and that I have 14 days to claim my prize. A few mins later I received another email saying that the email was sent in error and the 14 days has lapsed for me to collect my prize. How on earth could I collect my prize if I was not notified. The person then told me they don't tag people. I then sent proof of the other winners that was tagged. How does this even make sense. They then told me I need to check back at the competition posts to see if I won to know that I won. How does that make logical sense. So now I forfeit my prize because I was not notified that I won. This is very ********* and doesn't make logical sense at all. Please help me understand what I am failing to logically understand.

Blue route mall security absolutely pathetic needed to deposit money it was 8:10pm and I needed to deposit urgently at the mall and the security told me it's to late . The cinema is open till 11 and they denied me access to draw money absolutely appalling.

The parking pay meters don't work with credit cards. when you call for help all you get is backchat. the staff are overwhelmed. eventually a whole queue of people developed and she told me to go to the gate. THEY ARE HOPELESS

On the 6th I ordered on bolt food and unfortunately my food got to me and it was so cold, complained to the driver and he said he got the meal cold already. I complained on bolt food app which they escalated to KFC, I got a call from a lady working at kfc and she was so rude that there’s nothing they can do I should go collect another meal and that’s it!

I go there several times a month. Every person in that business is focused on customer service, as well as just being plain pleasant. You get greeted, asked how your day has been and often wished you well for the rest of the day. Well done ALL!!! Great place to get refreshed.

The whole mall is way too hot to shop in we can't breathe in the heat and going to centre management and complaining hasn't helped as the problem has been going on every year and nothing gets done disappointed.

Walked into blue route mall this morning and the security at the entrance says there is no sanitizer at the entrance. OK? Then I walked further to see 3 guys busy with a sign without masks. I then inform the security guard just a few steps further that these individuals are not wearing masks and he looks at me like I'm speaking a foreign language. Another few steps further the same thing. It's concerning that this is being allowed. I understand that every individual is grown enough to know right from wrong but if companies do not enforce regulations things can spiral out of control again. We need to consider the safety and health of others as well. Blue route really needs to step up and make sure they do what is expected to make the mall safe for everyone
