Blue security supp**** and programmed panic remotes for our property. The remotes for not work and when asked to reprogramme them, they charged a call out, labour and new remote charges. This is ridiculous, as we have already paid for the previous defective remotes that were supp****. Despite querying over a week ago ..no response has been received and my account was debited for the full amount. This is very concerning Trevor Clarke
