alarm system at my residence which was brand new for one their reaction is super. Their control room and armed reaction is tops. However they drop drastically with their technical team. They installed a radio on the alarm system which caused many disruption like remote stop working, sensors not responding and if u get them to come out to check it's a 650r call out fee obviously the technician is going to say it's ur fault and then u must pay for the repairs They insisted tat I have too change the alarm system at my business because it was outdated but the technician used all the old sensor and wiring which Im paying for a new installation. Tecnical service is poor tats y they a 2

Blue security supp**** and programmed panic remotes for our property. The remotes for not work and when asked to reprogramme them, they charged a call out, labour and new remote charges. This is ridiculous, as we have already paid for the previous defective remotes that were supp****. Despite querying over a week ago ..no response has been received and my account was debited for the full amount. This is very concerning Trevor Clarke

If I could select a half star no star I would, please do not ever join blue ,service at the customer care and technical department stink they make you hold for at half an hour and then they can't help you, call out fees to sort a small 10 rand magnetic I must pay a fee of R595.

Upon realizing that the sensors fell off my sliding door again (they fell off less than 24 hours after they were initially installed) I called Bkue Security, so as to inquire about repairs to same. I spoke to Shaylene Pillay who then advised me that my security contact WHICH, TO DATE, I AM PAYING MONTHLY PREMIUMS FOR, was canceled in July last year. I was completely surprised to hear this, since I certainly did not cancel the service and nobody else is allowed to make the decision on my behalf. Since Shaylene could not provide me with any further information, let alone a reasonable explanation, I I requested to speak to someone senior. He told me that it would not be possible, since they would need to investigate further, then revert to me. It is now 5 or 6 days later and I have not heard back from Blue Security! If a client fails to pay them to the cent, perhaps paying even 10 cents less in one month, they will surely notice that immediately and their accounts department will be all over the client, harassing them daily for the payment, yet they can happily and freely accept monthly premiums being paid to their account for almost a year, for a contract which they ALLEGE was cancelled, without notifying the client accordingly, so as to query same? What takers!!! Best never to deal with people who have no scruples. So disgruntled!

What a useless security company. I have been stuck at the dealership from 18:20, its now 19:26. The keypad is not working, I can not arm the dealership. I have called Blue security 4 times, they tell me a technician will call, but nobody calls. They say i'm in the queue for 50 minutes. Two weeks ago I left the dealership at 21:10. I have never seen such a thing. They don't even respond when the alarm activates while i'm still inside. Pathetic service

On 29th June 2022 at 12:52 I was walking along Musgrave Road , bridge , south , at the robot turned green for pedestrians to cross. There was an elderly gentleman to my left we proceeded to cross and a Blue Security Technicians vehicle did not stop and hit into me , I struck out and hit the canopy. The driver an Asian male with sunglasses on gled the scene , as other cars got in the way I could not see the registration. So Blue Security personnel think they above the law and rice over civilians. He is very lucky I was unarmed as he would have caught it properly. The fact that he fled the incident shows Unprofessionalism, Arrogance.

25 March 2022 @ 14:49 i called Blue and spoke to Rinelle Pillay, requested visibility on my street as i was away that week. I called coz i noticed that blue was less visible (slacking) on this street. When I got home on Sunday, I looked at the camera that is facing the street and I did not see cars patrolling as requested. We need your visibility in this area please and we do understand that we are in a big area that needs coverage but when one states that I am not home and need your visibility but you do not honour that, it does not sit well with me.

We need your visibility in this area please and we do understand that we are in a big area that needs coverage but when one states that I am not home and need your visibility but you do not honour that, it does not sit well with me.
