alarm system at my residence which was brand new for one their reaction is super. Their control room and armed reaction is tops. However they drop drastically with their technical team. They installed a radio on the alarm system which caused many disruption like remote stop working, sensors not responding and if u get them to come out to check it's a 650r call out fee obviously the technician is going to say it's ur fault and then u must pay for the repairs They insisted tat I have too change the alarm system at my business because it was outdated but the technician used all the old sensor and wiring which Im paying for a new installation. Booked on the 28/29 of june 2025. You can only check inn at 16 00 and depart at 10 00 am Firstly on arrivall we were informed that there is no wifi in our rooms yet it was advertised free wifi. There was no water and we had to use 20l drums to use the toilet and hours later someone came to fix. Tv and dstv never worked. Heater was only for 1 person. Taps in the bathroom was loose towel hangers broken plug point burnt and fire extinguisher missing. Reception very little help. Activities were great. But they cancelled 1 Activity yet we paid for it and refused a refund just said sorry we cant help . Very poor service. R8900 for 2 nights 5600 for Activities four ppl
6 months ago spark atm installed a capitec atm on my business premises after every cash load I noticed short payment like R100 or 50. I also notice the the atm stating that Der is 100 notes left in canister but only to find it empty. However the last cash load I got R1500 short when I questioned they told me they have sensors for every note dispersed I have proven to them how inaccurate the atm is. These atm are taking our hard earned money and paying us back wit our money. The company does not even send a technician to check but just reply no we won't pay you what is short. Even sent them pictures of the atm miss calculating the cash. I wish they could take their atm away
Hi I recently did a claim with alexandra forbes my keys were stolen and bmw had to change the entire system however forbes refused to pay even with an excess they only told me that they will pay 2500 wen the quote was 15600 however I accepted it but it been 3 weeks and no payment no one calls me back and im told the people dealing with this is out of office but every month they in my bank account without fail <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Alexander Forbes Financial Services to Alexander Forbes Insurance by hellopeter.com)</em></div>
