Astron Energy Moorton and fresh stop crispy chicken/grill and go First fore court attends very rude and honestly not all of them While filling fuel one assumes he or she can get tyres aired up but no cos the airline at fuel island not working One has to go to another section to fill air which is time consuming As for the crispy chicken or grill and go one must pay R3 extra to get a sandwich toasted yet at the astron in an area call 45th cutting no such thing of pay extra to get a sandwich toasted Furthermore when waiting for ones food the guard comes up to you and say don't wait here wait another side Okay if told wait another side when it's busy i can understand but i was just told to wait another side when i was basically the only customer there Anyways from my experiences at astron Energy Moorton service is absolutely bad I would have given NO STAR but not allowed
At around 930am went to woolworths Chatsworth center to exchange a pair of sandals I ask for some help from one of the staff A lady went to the computer and and checked and said they don't have stock She then said La Lucia mall woolworths has I ask her to call them and ask them if they can keep the size 4 aside and was told no I then called La Lucia mall woolworths myself and spoke to a lady and she said no problem she will assist me I then phoned Chatsworth woolworths and spoke to the manager and he giving me his sad stories Bottom line Chatsworth woolworths again is useless
Useless and no experience telkom at Chatsworth center Especially Zama Went on the 1 September 2025 cos I needed a sim swap The reason for the sim was cos i was told about three weeks ago that my daughter can use the number overseas However after two weeks the sim became inactive I then went to telkom in Chatsworth center on the 1st and zama did the sim swap which costes R99.00 Reason for sim swap was cos its a current contract Put sim in my phone on the 2nd and no network Went on the 3rd back and no zama but chetty helped Chetty said she going to escalate the issue with their IT department On the 5th still no network went back chetty then told me that its zama issue Zama made me wait for a long time and then attended to me Zama then sent a WhatsApp to god only knows who to escalate again and told me by the end of Friday all will ne sorted End of Friday nothing Went back today the 7th and after zama and her manager playing on the computer to sort me issue she told me it will be sorted I then told her i m going to sort my glasses out and will be back When i got back zama gave me a new sim card I came home and installed new sim and **** it works PS chetty did tell zama the 1st sim card os faulty and that zama must give me a new sim card bit but zama did not takr her advice
Well after my last visit to pick n pay Chatsworth i taught things will change at that store However same old **** but different day My last visit was about 3 or 4 months ago Went on the 05/07/2025 at around 10h45 and again bought some stuff and went to cashier to pay Before i do anything i asked cashier if she has R950 for cashback and god be hold her answer was NO Asked another cashier and same answer NO Anyways left my entire trolley with the items and walked out Now had to take a long walk all the way to Checkers and get my items and go stand in another long que Wat suspose to be a 2 hours mission ended up in a 3 hours plus mission Wonder if pick n pay Chatsworth will ever come close to the standards of pick n pay workshop in Durban city center Asked cashier
I would rate them as zero stars I went to the spar in Chatsworth center and wanted a cashback I askes almost all the cashiers and all said no cash When I was about to walk out a lady who i assume is some sort of manager asked what's the problem i explained to her and she rep**** to me in harsh tone that there was a change of cashiers just before that I then walked out and decided to ask the ask the cashier at the cigarette counter for a cashback She said no problem she can help me but I must buy something for R50 I said ok and did so When i finished my transaction I asked the cashier who said people must buy something for R50 or more to get a cashback Her was that it comes from management Now i wonder if the same applies to people collecting their government pension from this spar I take out money from Queensmead spar and there is no such rule that a person must buy something for R50 or more
No star is the correct rating but it is not allowed Some time before the 4 June 2025 I received call from blue label telecoms The consultant told me I will receive a R500 voucher which is on behalf of RCS On the 4 June 2025 I received the sms for the voucher On the 14 June 2025 i went to game in pavilion to get my dad something for father's day and when I went to pay via the voucher I was told it is **** What an embarrassment I then went to the consultant for RCS in game only to be told yes it is a **** voucher I then called RSC customer care and only to find out it is a **** voucher and also blue label telecoms took out R299 from my card 1st RSC gave out my personal details to a 3rd party which i assume is against the POPPI act 2nd blue label telecoms are rouges and thives PLEASE PEOPLE IF ANYONE HAS A RCS ACCOUNT MONITOR IT AND HONESTLY CLOSE IT ASAP Also RCS and blue label telecoms are working hand in hand to rob us of our hard earned money THIVES AND ROUGES
To start off with giving one star is wrong Should be no stars I went to spar Chatsworth center to get a cash back of R1450. 00 I asked almost all the cashiers and all said no cash As i was walking out a lady who seems to be a manager or something asked me what i want and i explained to her This lady told me in a harsh tone no cashier has cash cos of a change over I then walked out and has i walked out is i decided to try at cigarette counter When it was my turn the cashier said she can give me the money but i must buy something for R50 or more which i did After doing ny transaction i asked the cashier why must a person buy for R50 or more and she said its as per management I didn't mind but my concern is what about people who goes to spar Chatsworth center to collect their grants Do they have to also buy something for R50 or more I go regularly to Queensmead spar to get cash back and there is no need to buy anything in order to get cashback
Pick and Pay Chatsworth I am so sick and tired of pick and Chatsworth every month end or 2nd or 3rd of the new month when one goes for cashback one is told no cash I wonder why they have a cashback system when they cant give any cashback at all This going on for the past six months now that i have been at pick and pay Chatsworth Taught it will be convenient to shop there but not anymore
I posted a review of bad service from Nando's Liberty Mall and was contacted by nandos liberty mall and was promised that the manager will contact me in connection with the bad service and the cashier who kinda charged me extra R100 and nothing up to date Guess all staff at nandos liberty mall are unprofessional and useless
Nando's at liberty mall are the worst in service. My reason to state the above is cos on the 13 October 2024 me and my family stopped for lunch on our way to Durban. After getting our meal I had to go ask for our drinks after 5mins and Furthermore i ask for a bottle of mild sauce and believe you me i m still waiting for the sauce Giving one star is not worth it I give Nando's ZERO star rating
