Shame on you Discovery Medical Aid. Over 5 months chronic claim not yet paid, despite numerous follow-ups. Empty promises given by consultant BRENTON OLIVER. How pathetic, how many members must be getting ********** like this!!!

HORRIBLE MEDICAL AID!!!! CROHNIC CONDITION NOT UNDERSTOOD. CONSULTANTS ARE ******** AND SHOULD BE TRAINED! BASIC MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS NOT APPROVED???.....HOW PATHETIC!!! WILL PROBABLY GET AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE AND NO ASSISTANCE!!!!

Poor medical aid. ******** call agents whom have no clue on Chronic conditions. Find every excuse not to pay. How pathetic! Most regretted decision to move to Discovery. Will definately not recommend Discovery to anyone with any Chronic condition.

Pathetic medical aid. Never recommend to anybody!!!
Pathetic medical aid. New job and decided to change medical aid to Discovery. Worst decision ever!!! They put you on a 3 month waiting period for Chronic medications that my family were on for years??? Did not pay for son's Epilepsy medication. Had to pay out of pocket, yet paying monthly medical aid fees. How pathetic!!!
