I needed a cv, I went to their website and paid R45 but only got a very bad photo one page cv, but Zety had to take an additional R380 in November, I don’t know any place that charges so much even when you are not using the service . I guess I have to write a review. I need my refund. It is ******* what you are doing
SARS is pathetic, they send you multiple letters of demand when you owe them R100, and all sorts of threats, but when they owe you they take over 30 working days to pay me after the refund assessment has been done. I struggle with them every year. I am waiting after the 3rd 21 days. They logged a complaint because I am frustrated, they said this should speed up the process, but they are now telling me that they will respond in 21 working days. Their aim is to frustrate us. The call centre agents dont want to help. They are trained to get rid of us.
In may 2022 I took my 9 year old to fill 2 back teeth, because of greed seeing that I am on medical aid. Dr Kadwa said she will remove the bad teeth because they will grow again. I advised her that my savings are finished. She insisted that she will admit him for a day, and claim from hospital benefit. She decided to remove 5 teeth, even the ones that were perfect. After the procedure she came back saying I must pay medicross about R9500 because medical aid refused to pay. I called discovery. They said she must load under day clinic. She managed to claim over R16 000 from medical aid. 2 weeks ago I received messages saying I owe medicross Pinetown about R3900. This is the message “ A balance is still outstanding on your Medicross Pinetown acc PND0004204. This acc will be handed over to a credit bureau if not settled in 7 days. Acc enq: 0317093070”. I will not pay for this because I never asked for 5 teeth to be removed. The back teeth still did not grow up to date, 12 months later.
What a useless security company. I have been stuck at the dealership from 18:20, its now 19:26. The keypad is not working, I can not arm the dealership. I have called Blue security 4 times, they tell me a technician will call, but nobody calls. They say i'm in the queue for 50 minutes. Two weeks ago I left the dealership at 21:10. I have never seen such a thing. They don't even respond when the alarm activates while i'm still inside. Pathetic service
I had such a bad experience with the FNB in new Germany, and Pinetown branch on Crompton. I deposited and misplaced my slips from the ATM, it was direct deposits of R2000 and R8000 made out to Evenett properties. Dates are between 3 &9 November. The landlord did not reflect these on the statement. I then went to the bank but I was sent away, and advised that it will be sent to me, but I was told that they cant find it. I cant just lose R10 000. Reference used was Shop 2C, 79 crompton street. Please assist. Thanks

A very rude guy contacted me, he said his name is Mpho, when I asked why he calls my office line after hours, he shouted at me and said I should pay my debts. The account he is calling about was paid about 4 months back. He cut my call before I could even tell him that. I don't understand the purpose of the call.
I contacted NDC national debt counsellors enquiring about debt review. The guy named Deon then asked for my ID number, saying he just wants to look at my credit report. I informed him that I was getting married on the 17 Dec, and hubby already had an approval for our new home. I informed him that I am still trying to see if I can opt for ANC marriage so that my partner won’t be stuck with debt review status because he is had an excellent score and manages his credit better than me. Deon then advised me that to complete the application I must send supporting docs to him. I told him that I need to get back to my partner to discuss the details. He started harassing me, calling me daily as if I owe him. I told him that I want to cancel the application, to force me later on that day I received an sms saying that my creditors have been contacted. I was unhappy with this, even on my wedding day they were harassing me. Please listen to our calls if possible. Thank you so much for your assistance. Thank you Thandeka 082 790 7051
