No refund

last night my husband checked in only to find that there was no water. He notified the staff and was told the tanks were empty. Water is a necessity not a luxury. Thus morning we requested a refund only to be told that he was told it would take 20 minutes. nobody told him this. so now we received a partial refund. very unprofessional establishment.
