BLUE SKY MINING BNB
Good Morning Cindilee We pride ourselves as been self-sustainable, we have our own borehole & purifying plant along with an array of solar for power so next time someone wanting basic human rights such as water, visit Warner Beach and look us up. Your Grumpy husband Craig Bester checked in late on Sunday night (as you mentioned on your voice note via the business line) and as luck would have it a pipe had burst leaving the tanks empty, the problem was resolved within 10 minutes of been aware of the situation. Your husband was one of the twenty people staying at the lodge, by this time your Grumpy husband had left. Some people have been without water since the floods for over four months ago, your husband was without it for ten minutes. Blue Sky Mining BnB has been going Green for over 15 years. No refund
last night my husband checked in only to find that there was no water. He notified the staff and was told the tanks were empty. Water is a necessity not a luxury. Thus morning we requested a refund only to be told that he was told it would take 20 minutes. nobody told him this. so now we received a partial refund. very unprofessional establishment.

Non refund paid back from blue sky mining Bnb in Warner beach durban
I booked with this bnb in Warner beach and for personal reasons I had to cancel my booking n I haven't been refunded my 50% deposit which I paid.its been 4 weeks now waiting for them to call me back regarding the refund
