Disappointed and Frustrated – Warranty Means Nothing I would not recommend this service. I paid in full and was promised a one-year warranty, yet I was left with two damaged machines and no resolution. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, there has been no accountability or effort to fix the issue. This experience has been costly and deeply disappointing. Lancet ****ming clients to pay after bill was paid
I am writing to express my concern regarding the persistent communication from Lancet demanding payment from a client, despite the fact that the medical aid has already settled the bill. The client has made multiple attempts to resolve this issue through email, but unfortunately, there has been no response. Furthermore, calling the call center has proven to be an unhelpful and frustrating experience. This situation is causing undue stress and inconvenience. I kindly request that the complaints department address this matter urgently to prevent further harassment and ensure proper communication channels are established. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Lancet lacks adequate after-sales support
The Lancet lacks adequate after-sales support. Following a client's blood test covered by medical aid, the absence of assistance became evident. Despite multiple email attempts and reaching out to the accounts department, the medical aid claim was declined due to an incorrect practice number being utilized. Communication challenges persisted within Lancet, leading to mounting frustration. Regrettably, I have decided to discontinue utilizing Lancet's services. The inefficiency of a sizable corporation such as Lancet is disappointing. Despite receiving reminders via emails and SMS for an outstanding account, after three months of unresolved issues, I am compelled to cease further efforts.

No service!
Please come and collect your dispencer as there is no service!! Machine and no water. Tried calling numerous times. Log callbacks on your website!! No service. From the start upon delivery. Not recommended - frustrating to say the least.

No after sales - would not recommend
Would not recommend or use. False information to client just to happy to make a sale. Empty promises and no after sales. Please make sure if you do make use of them or install that you buy correct product.

Amazing overnight place
So Blessed to have found this little gem of a place. Big Rooms Clean Safe Amazing staff The food is delicious, we had curry best of the best. Cheap drinks Warm rockpool ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
