Just wanted to compliment these guys for the great service they provide. I have had a water cooler and water rental with them for a few years now. They are always reliable with their delivery and always help even if it is a last minute request to deliver additional water. My cooler was also damaged after a few years of use and was replaced within 2 days of requesting a new. Thank you very much guys, keep up the great work.

Terrible accounts / customer service from Megan. You arrange a payment plan just to receive a legal letter with R600 fees added to it. What is the point of a payment arrangement then? I refuse to pay your added fees - you pay it. You employed them. Account is settled in two months instead of the 4 as agreed.

I have send an email canceling my account with AQUAZANIA in November. I have sent emails too and I’m shocked to see them debit me again now in January 2026. I have sent emails to preciousm@aquazania.co.za and JacquelineK@aquazania.co.za They both ignored my cancellation in November after I told them I’m giving them one month notice. I have sent an email both asking they refund me back as I don’t understand why the debited me.

Please do not do business with this **** of a company. So our water is finished, they can only deliver in four days. Must we now drink municipal water for four days. Don't think so. I am of the opinion that this is a **** of a company. *********** service. They must come and remove their machine from our house we will find a more competent company

I've received disgusting service from my Account representative Christopher Manzi . I've been emailing for a week to dispute my account he hadn't responded until I called customer care to request a call from him in which when he finally did call tells me my account has been a mess since its been opened and what do I expect. How can you speak to clients like this. In going to request a different employee to handle my account. I've always received professional service from employees from Aquazania but this is down right rude

Absolutely disgusting!!!! First they deliver a machine that is faulty, they delivered a loan unit that was faulty hot water did not work, Gloria who initially assisted me was no where to be found, she stopped responding to my emails, did not answer my call backs, eventually when i managed to get through to someone which was 4 days later, i was already unhappy with the machine and the services, i figured let me give this another chance, maybe its a bad week, it further took another week to sort the issue out, which instead of a floor unit, they gave me a white counter top this was not what i wanted, i then waited another week and a half in order for someone to replace and bring the correct black floor standing unit, your website loan unit is 7 days, and then someone will contact you to proceed with the the contract, i needed to call and find out what the next step is. few weeks later, i get a message from someone within accounts, no name nothing, just demanding payment, after i was told that i wouldn't need to do any payment up until December as this was a massive inconvenience and error that took place on your side. 3 and a half weeks!!! 3 and a half weeks , thats how long it took for me to get water, because instead of calling me and rectifying the issue, it was back and forth on whatsapp and emails and in the mean time my account is blocked. i have been with aquazania for 2 months and not once have i been happy with their service and worst of all Nosipho refuses to call me back, even after calling the contact centre and requesting to speak to her, today the 3rd of november was the first time she called me back after telling her colleague nataly that she will not call me back!! i am furious and disgusted with this service, its a nice to have, i need the machine, but because of this **** service i will be canceling the services! Whoever asks me i will tell them aquazania is absolutely **** do not use them!!!!
