Extremely poor service. Order was placed in the 11th and delivery date for the 19th, NO update to this day. After 2 phone calls a week apart. Still NO movement in this order. OD436498897452885100 Tracking says that: Seller is processing your order. No other movement. This is a local order to take this long. Orders from Temu was ordered the next day on the 12th and it's delivered... An international order delivered but NOT the local order. Even if they made it with there hands, 2 weeks is still very long ti deliver.

Discovery medical aid, I just about had it with them. I received a call from one of them, I can't remember her name. Just the horror that's been going on. The story goes like this: after you depleted your savings then you fall into the self payment gap. After you pay for everything out of your pocket to the amount of 5k then you automatically falls into the ATB which is your above threshold benefit. Then that pay from there up to a certain amount. The thing that got me today, is when the lady tole me discovery had a problem and they have been paying incorrectly from January until now... The very last day of December. I e one ever cold to say, sorry, we putting things on hold due to blah blah blah. NO ONE. Now today we were told that we owe them 17K... What the hell. Ckrooks in suites. I've always said it. Discovery, why must you be a thorn in our flesh each and every time. I hate it with a passion. Really I do. Plus the excuses they give to milk you dry. Is heartbroken. We pay around 20k on the classic comprehensive. I can't even begine to tell you how ****ed off I am. I'm a human being, you never ever want to help when I need help so go on with you nonsense and leave me the hell alon. The list is endless but never endless when they take the money. Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth, please intervene on our behave I can't stomach such day light *******
I'm so livit with Discovery, they are getting worst and worse by the day. Right now I'm so bloated, my back hurts and my head is sore. I'm currently on the ATB, which I CAN'T get medication over the counter as I was told... BUT I ONLY can get it with a script for med's in a schedule 3 or higher due to the ATB. I went to see a doctor specially to get a script went back to clicks to get the meds and was told that the medical aid still DON'T pay even with a script. 3 times we've been driving back to Clicks and I use my airtime to call Discovery, I use my petrol to go to Clicks, I use my time for discovery as if I don't have a life... And still NOTHING!!!! You don't deserve the 1 star rating at all.
My order number 5000554064 I'm so disgusted with pick n pay ASAP. I placed my order in the app and received confirmation with an estimated time of delivery between seven and half past 7:30. It's already pass 8:00 o'clock and still know delivery. I've phoned 3 times already and the order is still in the way. My husband went to go and buy bread that we are waiting for. I'm really very ****ed of. What part if ASAP don't they understand. The driver must just take the goods back. Look at the time and we still waiting.
These people are the pits im waiting for my delivery since the order was placed. What is so very worse for me is that they're just here in JHB and they act like the ship is coming from Timbuktu. To date all I hear is (we are still within our SLA, you will get your delivery. Today is day 10 and I still here, you will get your delivery.. Order was placed on the 11th of June and payment was made the very same day. I'm still waiting to hear where my delivery is! What happened to ethics within a company or customer service? I did not place my order with the government!!
This is the worst metropolitan to live in. Without fail, every week power outages and NO water supply for weeks on end and NOTHING changes. If it's not the power sub's and power stations exploding then it's Rand water. Germiston and it's surrounding areas is the pits. Just last week we had water maintenance now this week pipes leaking. NOT once we're we ever reimbursed for anything or let us pay pro rata, NOTHING of that. Oh God help us all. We honestly had more than enough 😡😡😡😡🤬🥵🥵🥵🥵
I am so livit with discovery... They just make my blood boil. The situation is so long to to write it down. I've been going to the same Dr to get me on Ozempic, when discovery had to approve they declined and chop and change. After being 3 times back to the doctor to change as per their request, yester after speaking and fighting for 55minutes on the phone and getting a manger, he gave another story that just frustrated me further. Now I have to go back to the Dr a 4th time to make the necessary changes as per their request again to get an approval. Listen to all the calls recordings. Discovery, you are giant bullies
I'm so irritated by Discovery. Every month I have to phone them and have to make sure that they understand what needs to take place... I call them more then once and stay on the phone for so long with them and still I have to do the process over... I've been help 3 times by excellent people but now, discovery is worse then the government. Gone are the days when we had great services. I'm uploading the very same document which is a script and discovery have the very same scrip that they now view as unclear. Grrrr. Unable to view claim
