Unable to get anyone to assist for a refund

Birthday voucher
I was provided with a voucher for my birthday, tried to use and was told that mugg and bean woodbridge does not accept the voucher. They only tell you after they provide you with the slice of cake. I would like to get my refund please

bad service
Been waiting for my fibre to get activated - both Cool ideas and Vuma seem to have no communication between them. I call Vuma they say they cant activate my line( and to think I was online with Afrihost just a few days ago before they released the line) Cool ideas keeps coming back with they are following up with VUMA.

CANT JOIN THE BANK
Its been 3 months since I have been trying to open an account, on the banking app it keeps coming up with an error "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" and NO its not my device as I have tried with someone else ID number to join and it takes me to the next page. CAN SOMEONE HAVE A LOOK AT MY PROFILE AND RESOLVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
