I am actually applaud by the service I'm receiving at FFW ,I called in to cancel my policy because of the increase ,spoke to a lady to review we went through my documents and found they had incorrect information, she said she will listen to call and call me back the next day ,she called I was busy asked for call back in 10min and she has never called since ,fast forward it's been over 2weeks now and Monday the debit will go through and I haven't gotten seen back ,I called now spoke to a guy who said the lady I spoke to will call me in 10min and it's been an 40mins ...I'm really not happy and stressed what if something happens and this is not sorted out ,I need her manager Candice to call ASAP The lady said if it's their fault they will bring down my premium and I am waiting Policy number 952279112

Sad Reality of Auto and General. Motor Warranty. After. 2 months. Of wasting time .Now they closed the claim .without paying .and want me ro reapply .So that they waste another 3 months .so disappointing. But they are to quick to take your money .after 2 months and only because I came on Hello Petet did the Manager call .yet I called every single day left messages .he did not get back to me .after 2 months he calls and acts all confused .The worst service provider .waiting to see the outcome to take further action .Will keep you guys updated thank you.

Stay away from their extended warranties! They are extremely slow to respond, seldom send updates and when it comes to paying it out they have all these ridiculously low sublimits that is hidden on page 72 of some obscure document they never updated or sent to you. Their “valuable” add-ons like carhire has a limit of R1000 and you must organise it yourself. You can basically rent a car for half a day while you real car is in the shop for two weeks. Absolutely not worth the premium.

Stay away from their extended warranties! They are extremely slow to respond, seldom send updates and when it comes to paying it out they have all these ridiculously low sublimits that is hidden on page 72 of some obscure document they never updated or sent to you. Their “valuable” add-ons like carhire has a limit of R1000 and you must organise it yourself. You can basically rent a car for half a day while you real car is in the shop for two weeks. I am frustrated with A&G. In November I reversed a debit oder as there was two debit orders from A&G. I knocked the nose of my Polo into a tow bar on the 3/12/2025. I called in to report the claim and was told I was not covered. I would like following questions answered: When was my one policy split into two - without informing me and just actioned - causing confusion. There is a grace period where you are still covered - I called in on the 04/12/2025 to lodge the claim and also to settle any outstanding fees as well and was informed by the team leader I am not covered but A&G gladly took the money for the rest of the month and for January 2026. I expect the claim to be honoured as I did call in pay the outstanding balance before the grace period ended. I so annoyed that I have moved my Short term insurance to another company,
