THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO IS TAKE A WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY. 25TH OF FEBRUARY WILL BE 3 MONTHS MY CAR IS GETTING REPAIRED .THE PLACE I WAS TOLD TO TAKE MY CAR TO BY AUTO AND GEN .IS VANO TECH .THEY ARE EVEN WORSE .THEY KEEP CARS FOR MONTHS ON END UP TO A YEAR AND DONT CARE .TODAY I WAS TOLD IT TAKES 72HRS FOR PAYMENT TO BE PROCESSED. AFTER WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS IF ONLY I HAD KNOWN I WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN A WARRANTY WITH THEM AND TAKEN MY CAR TO THIS PLACE TO BE REPAIRED .3 MONTHS AND ALMOST 30K ..JUST A WARNING PLEASE PEOPLE .WISH I HAD KNOWN .THEY DO NOT CARE .
THE WORST CLOTHING STORE TO EVER PURCHASE FROM.THEY HAVE THE MOST ANNOYING PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THEM .PAID MY ACCOUNT ON THE 4TH .GOT THE LAST INSTALLMENT LEFT .NOW THEY SEND ME A EMAIL IF I DONT PAY THAT LAST INSTALLMENT WHICH IS DUE ON THE 4TH OF MARCH THEY WILL HAND ME OVER .JUST A FRIENDLY ADVISE .DONT EVER OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH THIS STORE GOT A FOSHINI ACCOUNT FOR 24YEARS NO ISSUES AS WELL AS INDENTITY .TRUWORTHS AGENTS WILL CALL YOU AT 6 30 IN THE MORNING IF YOU ARE A DAY LATE..I CANT WAIT TO PAY THAT FINAL.AMOUNT AND BREAK THAT CARD .
Sad Reality of Auto and General. Motor Warranty. After. 2 months. Of wasting time .Now they closed the claim .without paying .and want me ro reapply .So that they waste another 3 months .so disappointing. But they are to quick to take your money .after 2 months and only because I came on Hello Petet did the Manager call .yet I called every single day left messages .he did not get back to me .after 2 months he calls and acts all confused .The worst service provider .waiting to see the outcome to take further action .Will keep you guys updated thank you.
Helo People just .to inform the public about Auto and General. My car had a issue with the engine .was told to take to A certain workshop. Gone 2 months car.has been stripped and auto and general is giving me the run around .sad to say I'm devastated cause I have a house insurance with them for 9 years now.imagine if something was to happen to my house in be on the streets. If I did my research properly .I would not be in this mess.so be very careful. They make a lot of promises. But failed to keep to them .no call no emails .nothing you must beg to find out what's going on .sad really.
Would like to Share the Pathetic Service received from Supersonic.6 days internet is down. Not a single person has a clue of what's going Account paid before due date .Now they want a call out fee of 600 Rands knowing the problem is there's.They don't care .No service from them asked for them to Release my line so I can move to the next provider. BEEN WITH SUPERSONIC FOR OVER 4 YEARS .PLEASE CONSIDER BEFORE SIGNING WITH THEM .

THANK YOU SUPERSONIC .NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE.
Worst Network provider .I signed a Contract for a fibre line Thinking my bill was 670 Accprding to Supersonic it is 695 .not a single email or cal after paying the said amount for 8 months Then they cut me off for being in arears for 210 .For 2 days being on the phone trying to get hold of a Supervisor No custoner service .please check around before commiting to this provider you wait for hours to speak to a consultant then they just put you on hold and disconnect .really disappointed with this provider .
Very disappointed with the service from Supersonic .Account is paid up to date but I was disconnected. Spent almost 8 hours trying to speak to the right person. The don't care attitude is Pathethic paying 700 rands a month for a service that is not worth the money .connection is only 1 meter away yet they advertise it runs through the house .I am totally fed up now want to cancel with them .have proof of payment .but still no one wants to help .Please be very careful about who you sign on with .
Feedback on Samsung and Game ..No callback .or any attention from Customer services. Just a waste of money very upset right. Now Such a big company both game and samsung s so if one person has a problem why worry they can get plenty more people who they can trap .until its your turn .so please be aware .
Latest update on Samsung. Lady called to ask if I was assisted. Told her Samsung does not care about there customers. All she said was Guarantee is for 2 years so please dont waste your money and take out extra warranty its not worth it even Game dont keep up to tbere word really dispointed. 7000 gone down the drain .fridge I only looks good on the outside .worthless .not even a suggestion to say they will help to fix. Today its my turn tomorow it could be you .so be aware .Samsung and Game .once tbey take your money .they don't care .
