Based on recent customer reviews, SPF is facing significant dissatisfaction across its fibre and connectivity services. Customers consistently mention unresolved technical faults, prolonged installation delays, and difficulty reaching support through phone, WhatsApp, and email channels. A recurring theme involves billing disputes, including unexpected charges, debit order issues, and being pursued for payment despite cancellations. Several customers describe feeling tossed between Supersonic and Vuma without resolution. The tone suggests an erosion of trust, with many indicating they have switched or intend to switch to alternative providers offering more responsive service.

I'm not satisfied with the services I had with my fiber line with supersonic in July 2025 my fiber line was giving problems I reported it via WhatsApp and I didn't know what to do because they said it's been escalated to the technical team so from the 25 July 2025 until the day I canceled the subscription with them I never received any response from them now they want me to pay them a huge amount how do I pay for something that doesn't work the new service provider had to replace the ont because the ont that I had with supersonic was faulty.

We have been waiting a month for this people to install the fiber. Since the 13th of November we have been telling them that we did not get an installation done between supersonic and vuma I get tossed around and no real solutions are being given as to how long we must still wait. I have been calling them for the whole month explaining the situation over and over and all I get is "we apologize for the inconvenience" or "we have escalated it and the revelent department will contact you. This people has no integrity at all. I don't know how long we suppose to wait now. I want to cancel the installation and they had the nerve to tell me if the fiber has been used I will not be reimbursed. Really who can I use their services if nothing has been installed. Supersonic fiber has the worst service I have ever encountered.

The Supersonic ****-ups continue… It took Supersonic more than a month to eventually connect my fibre after dozens of emails, hours spent on calls on hold listening to that infuriating music, and immense frustration. I app**** for the 150Mbps/150Mbps special offer for R549 p/m for the first three months, whereafter it would be R849 p/m. What does Supersonic do? They bill me TWICE in the first month. First invoice for R549 for September, and second invoice R849 ALSO for September, and both amounts are going off my account via debit order TODAY, R1398 in total, and again they just shrug their shoulders. It is a ****ing ripoff! Don't trust ANYTHING Supersonic – an MTN company – says. Supersonic has no email address on their website to contact them on.
