I went to absa to open a saving account , they have giving me a chq account with a monthly fees of about R400 in service fees and I went to deposit money into my account, and that was R300 . I asked them on numerous occasions to closed this account and they just refused to. I have tried everything in my power even email the manager of the glen branch, and she did sweet nothing. Now I dint use their services anymore and they hand me over. This is one useless bank. I will tell everyone about their service.
Good evening. Hope this email finds you well. I have received an sms from Tymbank , advising me " the old Tymbank is no longer valid and it's close and I need to go to any Tymbank outlet to pick up the new card at no cost to me. So on Saturday after being inconvenience by Tymbank I take a drive to Southgate to do so, just to find out I will be charged R70.00 for a new card. Wow this is why you are not deemed as a bank , because you are to useless to be one, and still lie to your customers about no charged. I would like a call back from a senior manager no later then tomorrow. Or this will be put on all social media platforms.
Don't ever buy a car from this people, they only sell broken cars .and promise to do everything but once the deal go through, game over you are "stuck" with a messed up car.
This is by far the worst insurance ever. They deducted every month without fail , but try to get info out of them like the lady Elmarie, and see how you get ignored. She can give you any feed .twice I asked her can I go about canceling my insurance and no reply to date. Now I know why so many people told not to go with miway, but I didn't listen.
I went into absa to deposit some money into my account .upon arrival the ladies was so friendly and nice I made the deposit and everything was okay , she didn't explain anything and just said everything was in order.i left the bank as it was 3.30 and time to close. 20 mins later I log into my bank app ,just to see an amount of R350.00 deducted as a deposit fee. Wow I was shocked as I paid a monthly bank charge which includes all this. Now I would like to close everything I have with Absa and put this on all social media. Even my vaf account. This is sad how Absa treat their customer.
Today i have been to Amrod a fantasic company all the consultants are so nice and alway smiling,except for one who is always loud, never give you a chance to speak and very unhelpful. Today she told me straight she dont have time to assist me. for such a big well known company to have someone like this lady to bring your name down.its like she goes out of her way to make you feel small in front of other customer close by. She is not a nice person. Oh her name is Aaliya, dont know if i spelled it right.
This is by far the worse idiots to deal with espeacially Angel. Stupid person. I contacted her more then a month ago for a place she advertised .she is never available for a viewing and never ever answer her phone . I was interested in a place in Robertsham readen court .she tells me today a few day left for the month to end that some secured the place and sunday she told me she is waiting for the owner he is in overseas. How bad can you be. Does her boss know how she works and is he happy with or is she just racisist. **** up company. I will put it on all media's.
Spar Kenilworth jhb is a nice place to shop ,just had a bad experience with one of the cashier, she just had a lot of attitude, and gave me my money and told me to go.how unprofessional, she brings down the name of Spar.i told the manager but he didn't even seem to care. What happen to good customer service in South Africa.
This is the worst company ever. They send me emails upon emails begging me to take out a loan. When I finally decide to take a small loan ,the ass holes decline me,now few weeks later they again sending emails. They are a bunch of stupid people working there. And I won't recommend them to anyone because they are freaking useless.
Finchoice send me emails, offering me a loan ,when I decide to take them up on it ,they decline me without any reason. I put them on hello Peter they call me ,don't resolve anything and close the query. They are the worst company to deal with. And they customer service is even worst.
