Supersonic violated the current contract by increasing instalments of a fixed contract without my consent.
They increase premiums without written consent. Unilaterally changing contracts without consulting
They make changes to a fixed term contract unilaterally without written consent. It's a breach of contract.
I signed a contract on special for a 3 month reduced price and thereafter R479 per month for one year with MTN Supersonic. However, since March 2026 the premium increased to R509 without any new contract being signed or my consent. I expect this to be corrected asap and difference to be refunded.
I have a claim against the GEPF for monies not paid out, no tax directive as per retirement fund and I am being told by official of Legal Wise that my matter is not mature for it to be referred to an attorney after I provided all of the documentation. It is beyond frustration as it now appears that I am expected to investigate and do my own case, Why am I paying for legal services if it cannot be rendered? I expect the "legal" experts within this organisation to do their work. I have signed the consent form for them to proceed and act on my behalf.
I lodged a claim with LegalWise to resolve the short payment of my GEPF as the tax was incorrectly calculated by SARS due to GEPF not submitting a request for tax exemption, and withholding payment of 1st amount due. I provided all the information to LegalWise but now I'm expected to write a letter requesting calculations from GEPF when they refused to help me before approaching LegalWise for legal help. I am very disappointed in the manner in which my cases are being handled by LegalWise. How can they expect a client to draft letters when they have been appointed to assist me? I don't have confidence in LegalWise as a result thereof. What are we paying for as clients? It is my expectation to be legally properly assisted by LegalWise
I lodged a claim against UNISA for refusing to refund R15025.00 for my doctoral studies. I have lost 2 years of study because l was not assigned a supervisor since 2024. I could have completed my doctorate this year. Now they demanding l pay balance of R8025 totalling R23050 for no services rendered. I went to LegalWise in November 2025 and still waiting for feedback to date. I need my refund but LegalWise dragging their feet. UNISA is demanding payment of balance despite the fact that l was not assigned a supervisor for 2 consecutive years and never signed a contract. I am extremely disappointed in this bad service as l am still receiving emails from UNISA that should have been handled by LegalWise.
I renewed my car's license disk on FNB APP for the first time but terribly disappointed. Only once transaction was completed, it stated the disc will be delivered within 2-14 days. The license is expiring 30 November 2025 and I need the new disc by tomorrow. Had I known this beforehand, would have gone the tradition route of going to the local traffic department and wait in the queue. I have been on the FNB chat since 9:21 this morning and not one consultant is assisting me. I request the delivery by tomorrow alternatively for the transaction to be reversed and my money refunded in full. I was being transferred from one advisor to the next without any success.
