There Accounting system is very bad. I chanced from one option to another cheaper option. At the end I paid for both and cut me off the grit with overpayment.
I did business with them in January 2019 and told them that their prices were double the prices that I paid for the same product at Waltons and that I do not want to do business with them anymore. Now suddenly they come up with a story that I still have an order standing. They first sent me the invoice for a product that I did not ask for and then sent me the correct product but with a price more the 270% higher than what I pay for at Waltons. Their price is R1199 and Waltons price is R444.05
I had almost R100000 damage after the storms in Durban to my home and although several experts confirm to me before the storm that waterproofing is in order, they are just adamant that the damage was the cause of negligence. They persist that the waterproofing was inadequate although the photos were taken after the storm damage the roof. They just insist not to pay any damage costs.
I have a problem with MTN that they are unreachable. I tried to cancel our contract because of financial problems. I caal them at one stage and tell them that we want to cancel the contract. They told me That I must go to a branch , which I did just to hear that I must contact them by email. That I did and just receive an answer that someone will caal me. I am still waiting for that call. When I try the call number it si either not available or telling me that my contract has been suspended. I had a power surge at my home on 22 January 2020. I did report it to Discovery that my fridge, TV, alarm system, Motor to open my garage door and my swimming pool pump was damaged. Since then I am told that They have not received the report from the service provider and they put the blame on Discovery. In the meanwhile I sit without an alarm and a fridge and this discomfort of a claim that does not get sorted out. Johann Venter Claim nr 2269782
Since May 2015 I am battling to sort out my account with Altech Autopage. The adjustments does not correspond with any amounts on the account. and although I asked several times for the clarifying of the adjustments , I dit not received anything but a printout of the account since previous years up to now. The branches just direct you to the head office and they refer you every time to another person.
