Very disappointing experience for a paying patient There are reviews dating back to 2016 mentioning the same problems, yet nothing changes — aren’t reviews meant to drive improvement? My family was admitted for food poisoning and the emergency ward had no water dispenser. We had to keep asking for water, which was brought in staff members’ personal cups — completely unacceptable for a private hospital. In the wards you’re made to feel like just a number, and the staff attitude needs serious attention. This is not the level of care one expects when paying for private healthcare. I have given this hospital many chances hoping for improvement, but after this visit, it will be my last.

Worst experience I received from Woolworths springs mall, bought items on 3 for 2 when I got home items are small went to exchange but now I am told I need to pay extra as the sale has been finished twist to this shoes got exchanged without a problem

As a new client I must say I am very disappointed, I was attempting moving from Metro fiber to supersonic its only a day and I am seeing flames 18 min on the line waiting for someone to assist this is bad service
The worst service I have ever received. I have been calling the call center for straight 2 days not less than 40 min online and this is X5 just to get matter resolved. I have sent whatsapp trying to get my finance issue resolved. Yesterday I was promised someone will call and assist from finance department guess what even today like now no one has called. Pathetic service you offering
Finance team is non existence. My account for a month of May was unpaid missed debit 25/05 and service suspended paid the amount that they attempted deducting R500 and now I am told I need to pay another R595 I have been asking for what ? Because I pay for what I use ?so the R595 will be for which month the finance house is still to call
The experience has been horrible, upgraded with an agent online Vasco Connect was ****med given a device that I did not agree on, I called and advised of an error that occurred and was told to send the device to MTN which I did this was on the 12/12 I got billed for a device I don’t have and 8/1 received a call and I was told the error would be rectified by end of business it’s Friday nothing and I am sure wil be billed 2nd month for a phone I do not have. My advise don’t upgrade online rather go the walk in center *****sters online
