I don’t understand how Ashely and Megan work. Aquazania runs to tell people they owe. I have sent countless emails to Ashley Solomon’s and today she tells me my account is not in dispute. This is after she sent me a message saying I owe over R1200 which I don’t. She then changes it and says R700. This company is dodge and I will take it to task.
I have send an email canceling my account with AQUAZANIA in November. I have sent emails too and I’m shocked to see them debit me again now in January 2026. I have sent emails to preciousm@aquazania.co.za and JacquelineK@aquazania.co.za They both ignored my cancellation in November after I told them I’m giving them one month notice. I have sent an email both asking they refund me back as I don’t understand why the debited me.
We bought a DEFY fridge from Hi-Fi Cresta in December 2024. From the day the fridge arrived we had sooo many issues and they sent a technician to come in. Still today we sending emails that go unanswered as it’s still making so much noise. We not have to resort to coming online to complain about the bad service from HI-FI and DEFY. This is the second fridge we returning from Defy. We want our money back. We will go to a more reputable company and get a fridge that won’t give us issues like the DEFY one. I opened a business account with Nedbank , the banker called me and all was well. The bankers name is Sergio. Sergio should do better for small business I try access my account so I can withdraw money and I’m told that Nedbank closed my account. No message was sent before, no calls yet my money is there . If you small business don’t even try go to Nedbank, try other banks that will actually assist you and provide the correct customer service.
I resigned in January 2025 and I sent Momentum my withdrawal forms in February 2025. We now almost in October and I am still fighting with Momentum and PSG to get my pension withdrawal. Wr bought a stove last year December , two weeks ago the stove stopped working. Builders in Polokwane had taken us back and forth. They sent someone out today who refused to work on the stove as they gave him a wrong job number . Now we are with out a stove and no one there seems to be taking any accountability.
Worst experience I went with my colleagues , as we were waiting to board. The services was shocking and the food was not cooked and we had to keep sending the food back. The manger being well aware didn’t even bother coming to check if we are oky or receiving the right service. A mere burger took over 35 mins to prepare and the reason was it takes longer where the steak and wings took under 15 mins. The burger was ordered first. The drinks took forever and when we left and asked for a take away we were told no they don’t allow take away. How shocking? When I told the manger the service was bag he said oh and I told him I will write a review he said he doesn’t care. Doe he not care because we black? Or ?
I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I’ve received from Discovery Insurance. My car was involved in a minor accident in February 2025 it was bumped at the back. Four months later, I still don’t have my vehicle back. Initially, the car was sent to Renew It, who did a terrible job, then falsely suggested my car had previously been in an accident (which is untrue). Despite their poor workmanship, I was forced to pay R6,000 to release the vehicle a car that was returned to me in faulty condition. Discovery made no effort to hold their service provider accountable. After the vehicle was moved to another panel beater, the delays continued. It has now been four months and Discovery seems to believe this is acceptable for a basic bumper repair! I selected a 30-day car hire benefit with the understanding that Discovery would process repairs in a timely manner. Instead, they allowed the situation to drag on, and now I am being told they won’t extend the car hire. As a "gesture of goodwill" they offered a R2,000 Uber voucher completely insufficient given their failure to deliver on their own service standards. This is disgraceful. There has been no urgency, no accountability, and no proper communication. Discovery Insurance expects customers to cover the cost of their incompetence, while they continue to defend poor service providers. I will not let this go. I am escalating this further. Discovery, you have failed your customer and your promises mean nothing.
We booked in our car for the 16th of March before 08:00. Today is the 11th April and we still to date waiting for our car. They don’t respond to emails and only answer anything when we call them. They have been saying we can get the car end of the week and on the day they say the act is not ready. Discovery insure suggest we take the car there and it’s been horrific . We have over spent on Uber and using the Gautrain because of this *********** company. The filling people are cced in each email but they don’t bother themselves by teaching out to us. Justin Phillips ,Vannessa Williams . They don’t care about service that they give. I will keep escalating this matter each day till we are heard and we have our car in perfect condition. The car has been gone for almost a month not and the damage was a small scratch and the window that fell out. How can this scope of work take so long? We are not worried that they damaged our car and hiding it because all their stories don’t make sense at all.
