Shocking service - poor admin manager caught between their patent nonsensical explanations and angry customers - what an awful situation to be in. given how minimal the damagewas this is absolutely ridiculous. They forgot to be put down the phone so I am listening to them discussing me and how "blerry kwaad" I am.

Worst panelbeaters ever. I owuld neverrecommend them to any one. The service is poor, my car was there for almost 2 months. They don't communicate effectively. they will lawys say they will get back to you and never do. I had to follow up with the insurance to take the car back for refixing not them though, to another panelbeater, i just discovered now while changing a globe that the fitted a second hand light to my car which is even broken, they still have y one LED globe with them, the guy that handed teh car over to me was even rude when i sowed him some of the defects, the bumper was not aligned properly he said it is plastic and it stays like that, i just kept quite and took it up with the insurance. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, i bet they even claimed a new light from the insurance and fitted a secind hand light with broken clamps. i wonder what else will i find faults with in the car. i had the accident last year October around the 6th got the car towrd end of november took it back to fix issues which were not fixed properly still.

Worst pannel beaters i have ever seen, first time i was quoted for a bumper respray and then only received a quick spot fix to repair scratched aria but paid for a full respray, after that the vehicle went back 4 times for the same job to be repaired. If you hate good service, quality work and your car and having your car, take it to debt tech for 4weeks to respray your front bumper 4 times and still mess it up. Photos below was after they tried for the 4th time, its ridiculous how bad the quality of work is. Never again!!!

Dentech Rustenburg stuff they're unprofessional and do not know customer service. My car was involved in an accident in December 2023, we are now in March 2024 and my vehicle has not been released yet. The stuff is full of dishonesty. On the 25th I wrote a complaint mail to my insurance and cc'd the managers, only then I got their attention. I was told to come and fetch the car on the 26th March after I told them I'm tired of their stories and I'm coming to take my car. I went with my brother to the workshop, during the inspection my brother spotted some defects in the car and they wanted to convince me otherwise because I'm a lady that the car is good to go and it's just small defects but I told them I want those defects fixed. I was told they will be on top of that and pretended that they were attending to the issues, however, it was late and they proposed that they will do all the tomorrow morning and I must come and collect the car around 1pm. Guess what, I arrived the following day @2pm they didn't even touch the car as per our agreement. @Absa idirect should stop to refer their clients to this useless panelbeating workshop. The service is just horrible!! Do not take your car to Denttech if you do not want to suffer emotionally!

I need to stress our frustration and utter disappointment with the technical ability to fix a problem with a boot lock. Weve brought our car back twice already for the same problem , while at your place you fix the problem and then a day or two later the same issue occurs again. We CANNOT afford to drive up and down on a weekly basis to have this issue fixed , this must be fixed for once and for all or the insurance must get involved and remove you from their preferred supplier list. This coming in to fix the issue is costing us as the customer time and money which we don’t have.

Took the car in for hail damage dent removals and the service I got was poor. The paint job on the car had a lot of over sprays on certain parts of the body and other panels on the body were damaged and not replaced. A gentleman by the name of Deon, the workshop manager, keeps on saying he’s waiting for parts every time we go there to find out about the stripped parts that needs to be replaced

I took my vehicle to Dent Tech Strijdompark on recommendation from the Assessor of my insurance and booked the vehicle in on 09 February 2023. Whilst booking the vehicle in, anticipating that the vehicle might spend a prolonged tome at this repairer, I explained to person assisting me that the vehicle has a battery cut-out switch installed to isolate the battery of the vehicle to protect the battery when the vehicle would be idle for an extended period. I further demonstrated the operation of the battery cut-out switch to the person, who rep**** that they would isolate the battery when the vehicle would be idle for a prolonged time. The vehicle was able to effortlessly start when each time the start button is depressed at the time the vehicle was delivered to Dent Tech Strijdompark on 09 February 2023. On 10 March 2023, Dent Tech Strijdompark contacted me and informed me that I could collect my vehicle between14h00 and 16h30. I subsequently went to Dent Tech Strijdompark between14h00 and 16h30 on 10 March 2023 to collect my vehicle. When the vehicle was presented to me, it was presented to me within their building with the engine running, which was strange to me, but did not expect any foul play at the time. I was told that I would only be provided the vehicle key after signing the paperwork in the office and subsequently went to the office to sign the paperwork. When returning to the vehicle, the engine was still running and the vehicle key provided to me, whereafter I drove straight home, which was a 10-minute drive. When arriving home, I parked in front of my garage and switched the vehicle off, before opening my garage. When I wanted to start the vehicle to park it inside the garage, the vehicle refused to start due to low battery. This was strange to me and I thought that I would just charge the battery and all would be fine. I was sadly mistaken, as the battery refused to charge and found that it had a dead cell, when I took it to Midas for assessment when the battery did not want to charge. I sent an e-mail to Dent Tech Strijdompark informing them of the problem, but did not receive any response. I subsequently phoned Dent Tech a day later and was informed that someone would phone me back, but nobody phoned me back. Two days later I decided to pay Dent Tech a visit and was then told at the reception that they are working on it and will revert back to me. To date nobody from Dent Tech Strijdompark ever phoned me back. I believe that Dent Tech Strijdompark never isolated the battery of my vehicle, as I requested and allowed the battery to become fully discharged in the month that the vehicle was with them, but are not honest to acknowledge their fault in this regard. I have also asked my insurance broker for assistance, but Dent Tech refuse to engage in discussions and only say that a vehicle battery is an item that can fail anytime and that it doesn't concern them, irrespective of the fact that the vehicle started effortlessly every time when it was booked in for the repair. Even suggestions to evenly allocate the replacement between myself and Dent Tech Strijdompark were dismissed, with Dent Tech Strijdompark not willing to enter any discussion on the matter between me and them or my broker and them. Could Hellopeter kindly please assist me in this regard?
