My vehicle, a Volkswagen Polo (2024), was repaired by Dent Tech under an insurance claim. While the repairs were approved and completed, I have concerns regarding the quality of work and the lack of accountability from the service provider.

Despite raising my concerns, Dent Tech has failed to adequately address the issues or take responsibility. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially considering that I have already paid a substantial excess amount of R32,700.
