Shocking service - poor admin manager caught between their patent nonsensical explanations and angry customers - what an awful situation to be in. given how minimal the damagewas this is absolutely ridiculous. They forgot to be put down the phone so I am listening to them discussing me and how "blerry kwaad" I am.
I have used these brokers (specifically Yvette o Reilly) for 20 years and I am absolutely blown away every time I need help - they have my back and help me move between products when I need to. Absolutely incredible
The sales service I got was great but I am being completely stonewaleld and ignored by the finance team who promised to sort out my insurace refund. Hoping someone monitors this and can get the dealer principal and or Peet to pay me the comission you withheld and are not entitled to and get me a contact at MFC to pay back my money. as you promised to do.
You claim that you had to pay my insurance refund to MFC although I had already cancelled with them. You say you have done that but provided no proof of having done so and simply ignore my requests for help with dealing with MFC. Is this a complete ****?
M-Sure had to pay my insurance refund to you even though I had already cancelled with you - you then said you would pay me. Coming up for just over two months and nothing yet ... you simply ignore me and send me automated reply after automated reply ...
They made me pay for solar battery repair in advance and have had my batteries for five weeks and are simply ignoring requests for information
It took a minute to add Britbox but now that I want to cancel it the Bot does not understand me, there is an 'error" on the self help option and I cannot get to an agent as the bot is looping. Ridiculous.
Someone charged R7000 to my account. FNB said they would call me back in three hours. Today is day 8 ...
I have tried for ten days to get a sim swap done - phoned in and also been in to a shop. Apparently there is a technical error that has not been resolved and according to Vikepiki (call centre - ended the call at 11:16am today) I must just keep waiting. In the interim I have an old lady who had a stroke and has diabetes and is in Kwa Mahlanga without a phone and Vodacom happy to keep billing me for a service we are not getting.
I wrote a review about Flight Centre failing to honour booking commitments. They contacted me to say it was sorted out. Since then, nothing. I feel that I was contacted only because of the review but no intention to actually help. I am one more month in without confirmation.
