Please do not do business with this **** of a company. So our water is finished, they can only deliver in four days. Must we now drink municipal water for four days. Don't think so. I am of the opinion that this is a **** of a company. *********** service. They must come and remove their machine from our house we will find a more competent company
My son and I ordered from KFC Thatchfield last Thursday night through Mr Delivery. What a ******* we got. The burger, chips and small tiny piece of chicken definitely does not seem the same as the adverti*****t. Will never buy from this ******* KFC again. More like false advertising, for the price it costs, shocking.
So yesterday my son requested an online insurance quote for pet insurance. The quote was received and since then he is receiving on going pesky phone calls from this company. He has requested from other insurance companies also. This company One plan is busy with harassment now and will be reported to the authorities for harassment.
Worst by far, stay away from this **** of a company. So I was put on their pay as you go, really I receive my pay on the 25th of the month, that is when their payment must go through. I cannot even now load their prepaid data payment, I work in the emergency field and they have now placed peoples lives at risk, I have no airtime or data. Their sim card is going in the trash where their company belongs. I will make sure that nobody I know will subscribe to this horrible ****py service.
My mother has been admitted to Casualty Department in this hospital. Admitted 3 days ago, everytime I phone for an update the phone is not answered or when answered at Casualty the line is dropped in my ear. This Casualty Department has no compassion or empathy for patients or their families, I will now take my matter further through my lawyers. When you go there you can only stay there 5 minutes and must then leave. Then the government wants to launch the NHI, what a joke.
I am trying to give notice on my fiber account today, sitting in long ques and when they answer they cannot seem to hear me. I am also not receiving the so called OTP they send to my phone. This company is actually marred by bad and atrocious service all round.
So it is time to upgrade with this operator. I went to a Cell C shop and was informed that I cannot upgrade because I am under debt review, I later called in and was informed that I cannot get a new handset but can only upgrade my contract, what a ****. Must have an aged handset. I was able to upgrade before while under debt review without a problem and there were no problems with my debit order payments at all. So if I cannot upgrade and at least get a newer handset , please close all my contracts with immediate effect. I might be under debt review but was still a good customer. Please don't call me to confirm the cancellation I work in a busy environment. Please confirm cancellation in writing.
So this evening we ordered pizza for my Mother's birthday.We ordered at 17:22 and by 18:25 I phoned Romans Pizza in Wierdapark to find out what is going on with the order. I was informed that the Mr Delivery driver had not yet arrived to pick up the order. Trying to get through to the Mr Delivery call centre is an issue, you sit in a que and wait and wait, I got in my car and left my house at 18:40 to collect the pizza myself. The pizza was ice cold and had to be rewarmed and it was sticky after rewarming. Eventually at 19:18 the app informed that the driver has arrived at Romans to pick up the order. I am claiming back my money paid for the pizza, the delivery fee (that never happened) and the driver tip. Sorry but this type of service is unacceptable. If Mr Delivery does not have the capacity to render service in time, please close your doors, sure there are any companies that will take over. O, and if you want to be refunded you must phone MR D (late or never) for the refund, you can not get through to them.
So I always use Engen Fuel in my car. Yesterday afternoon (17.08.2023) at 16:40 I stopped at Engen Lenchen Service Station in Centurion to buy fuel to get me home. My son was in the car with me. This morning I stopped at a service station in Rooihuiskraal to fuel my vehicle and the attendant came to me and said my petrol cap is not there. So obviously yesterday afternoon my petrol cap was not replaced by the attendant at Lenchen service station. I am in possession of my slip. Please review camera footage. I demand my petrol cap back or I am going to open a ******** case at SAPS and I am going to sue this service station. I don't have time for this type of negligence.
So the courier delivered the parcel at 17.15 yesterday. I was not at work to receive as I work till 15.00. But the tracking states I signed for the parcel. Please explain.
