Stay away from them

Read this long review about them. Agree 100%. I opened my machine to do upgrades. Probably one ***** holding the motherboard in place. The Ram was a Chinese brand, the Nvme was a Kingston. This range of Dell's are shipped with Samsung. My machine has a serial number, but it doesn't match the one in my BIOS. When I checked on Dell's site, the Serial number on the machine is for a total different machine. It's for some low spec i5. Mine came in a box, looks like they made it themselves. Good luck getting your money back from them. I have also reported them to Dell. Same story regarding warranty. No such thing. I have to go to him. I'll rather buy a new one from somewhere else, when this one decides to break. I would like to enter that guy's email address, in order for him to read this review. Don't even have that
