Unbothered or reliable. Purchased R500 of electricity through them. No code sent to me and the electricity runs out. I called the contact number while we are sitting in the dark, spent 20 minutes holding, finally an agent answers, and tells me that they have a technical issue. I tell him we are in the dark for over 3 hours. His response is "Eish, its going to take some hours to fix, maybe you can call back tomorrow!!!" I explain we are in the dark with no electricity NOW but he does not seem to get it. Pathetic.

Read this long review about them. Agree 100%. I opened my machine to do upgrades. Probably one ***** holding the motherboard in place. The Ram was a Chinese brand, the Nvme was a Kingston. This range of Dell's are shipped with Samsung. My machine has a serial number, but it doesn't match the one in my BIOS. When I checked on Dell's site, the Serial number on the machine is for a total different machine. It's for some low spec i5. Mine came in a box, looks like they made it themselves. Good luck getting your money back from them. I have also reported them to Dell. Same story regarding warranty. No such thing. I have to go to him. I'll rather buy a new one from somewhere else, when this one decides to break. I would like to enter that guy's email address, in order for him to read this review. Don't even have that

Let me start this with, I am not a person who writes reviews about companies. Good or Bad, i just keep it to myself. At the end of the day. Every business has a owner. Every owner has a Family that he/she needs to feed, But i can`t sit on this information any longer. You will see this Company Blue Wire IT advertise all over Facebook Market place and Gumtree they hide under Dylan Arendse. On Gumtree i searched the guys number and i found "Digital Plug" So i don`t know how many names this business has. The guy i spoke to was Dylan Arendse. Nice guy, just sat outside a random house waiting for him for probably 30 minutes. The reason i say random house. On the Blue Wire website they look like a legitimate company. I went to buy a Dell laptop. Which this guy Dylan advertised on Market place (FB). When he finally took me into a flat next to the main house, he handed me the laptop. Not sealed, but new in box. First i thought it was weird as there were not a single model or serial number on the box. The laptop`s top cover, and what ever you call the area around the keyboard had plastic on it. When i say plastic, i mean literal pieces of plastic, and the corners has masking tape on it. I looked under the machine. There were scuff marks and scratches on there like crazy. Dylan told me, its when they import the machines, There are sometimes staples on the box that pushes through and scratches the machine. Well, we powered the machine on. Showed me everything worked. And all that. Okay, i asked him, are you the owner? As it seemed like he just arrived there with a Uber. He said no, his Uncle is the owner, But i can`t meet him, as he was out with his wife or something. I asked him for his Uncles name and number, just in case i have a issue with anything. He gave me the details. His name is Robyn Arendse. I`m trying to make this as short as possible. What happend to me was. i sent a friend to buy 2 Dell laptops from him. Exactly the same thing. Top covers looks brand new. Bottom covers looked like ****. And the no serial number on the machine, Whatsoever. Let me just say, all 3 Dell machines are now useless. I had a keyboard issue with mine. Phoned Dell, like i always do if i have a issue with my Dell products, our whole office is Dell, we have a pretty good relationship with them. I don`t want to give out model numbers or serial numbers on here. When i called Dell, They asked me for the serial number. No serial number anywhere. They guided me to the Bios, I think that is what it`s called. Sorry guys, not to clued up with this stuff. Got the "Service Tag". The lady from Dell asked me 4 times, am i sure i gave the right service tag. I said yes. She told me. That it is showing a 7th Generation i3 machine on that service tag. My machine was a 10th Generation Core i7 with 512Nvme and 16gb ram. As i have an amazing relationship with Dell. They sent out a technician regardless. When he opened the machines. He showed me, that literally this whole machine was rebuilt from the ground up. He showed me all the motherboard *****s that were missing the whole shebang. Even the LCD. According to the service tag. Normal 1366 x 768, They changed that to some off branded FHD screen. This whole laptop was built from s****s. He showed me using Dell software, that they programmed another laptops Service Tag in the Bios. Just so it will show something. I phoned my friend who also purchased machines from him. I paid Dell just over R2500 to investigate this whole situation. Both my friend`s laptops he purchased. Exactly the same issue. So i played dumb. Phoned Robyn or Robin. I told him, listen i have an issue with my keyboard. Just letting you know. I am phoning Dell to send a technician. That guy almost passed out. Telling me 10 million reasons why i have to bring the machine to him and not to call Dell. Gotcha. I still see Dylan advertising everywhere. And they advertise from cheap to high end expensive machines. DO NOT buy from them. I reported them to Dell. They are based in South Field. Out of respect, i will not post the address. Like the Technician from Dell told me, you don't know where any of those parts come from. Not one part was original. Not one. Not the Ram nor the Nvme drive. Nothing. This was not a upgraded machine. This was a built up machine using different parts. Exactly what i just said now was the case for my buddies machines. We never called him again. we just Left it Alone. Dell will sort this out. They have been reported. Dell is all about after sales and Warranty. If you have a problem with one of this Guy`s machines, you are *****ed. You have to take it to them. Who knows what will happen after the 12 Month Warranty Expires. Which by the way, MEANS NOTHING. Last year, i Think it was around October, a co worker saw a awesome Dell precision laptop on sale. He didn't tell me it was from these guys. He came back to the Offices and bragged about his purchase and the awesome deal he got. This was not my place, but i was just curious where he got this machine for such a good deal. If i remember correctly, this was a over 50k Machine, he got from them, i think he paid R25k. I Googled it, whoops. Again the ad popped up from Market Place - Dylan Arendse. I asked my co worker if that is where he got it. Yes it was. I asked him if i can have the service tag, i just want to see if the machine was legit. I phoned Dell gave them the service tag. The machine wasn't even 3 Months old. It was registered to an Engineering Company. But they are not allowed to give me the name. I asked if the machine was reported stolen. They said no. BUT, they told me. Keep phoning in, it sometimes takes a while before businesses do the paperwork, and then the Insurance company has to submit it to Dell to red flag it. My question. Why would an Engineering Company sell a machine to a nobody like them and it`s not even 3 months old? They sold it to my co worker for 25k. Meaning they still had to make a profit. what did they pay for it? doesn't make sense to me. And the best of all. Dell told him, If he doesn't know the name of the Company the machine is registered under. Warranty USELESS! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU WANT DELL, Just buy From Dell.
