Zone Fitness Account created without my consent

Please note that I have never had a Zone Fitness account. I did a enquiry last year for one, however I never signed up for the account. My instruction to the sales person was that i would apply for a Vitality membership from my Discovery Medical Aid in order to get the discounted offer through them. I have to date not applied for the Vitality Group membership or benefits hence me not applying for the Zone Fitness membership. Now I am getting phone calls about an account being handed over. Please show me where I signed up for this account. I have not received an email from zone fitness for any account as well. Neither have I ever set foot in any zone fitness establishment.

Cant get hold of anyone

Tried getting hold of them after buying a cellphone online, Phone was delivered however not Rica'd. Tried calling all their channels even tried contacting their CapeGate store. Can you believe this company is not contactable? Very Frustrating. Should have gone to Vodacom
