PATHETIC SERVICE

Unbothered or reliable. Purchased R500 of electricity through them. No code sent to me and the electricity runs out. I called the contact number while we are sitting in the dark, spent 20 minutes holding, finally an agent answers, and tells me that they have a technical issue. I tell him we are in the dark for over 3 hours. His response is "Eish, its going to take some hours to fix, maybe you can call back tomorrow!!!" I explain we are in the dark with no electricity NOW but he does not seem to get it. Pathetic.
