PATHETIC SERVICE
Unbothered or reliable. Purchased R500 of electricity through them. No code sent to me and the electricity runs out. I called the contact number while we are sitting in the dark, spent 20 minutes holding, finally an agent answers, and tells me that they have a technical issue. I tell him we are in the dark for over 3 hours. His response is "Eish, its going to take some hours to fix, maybe you can call back tomorrow!!!" I explain we are in the dark with no electricity NOW but he does not seem to get it. Pathetic.

SHOCKING DELIVERY AND SERVICE
Shocking service and delivery. No one answers the telephone, no one replies to email, no one replies to the on-line communication option. Just awful service. My order has been out for delivery with them since 9 December. Today is the 22 December, and i am still waiting. Together with Mr Shopper, the worst experience ever.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY!!
I placed my order weeks ago, and I was told it would be delivered by 10 December. It has not arrived. No one answers a phone call to their customer service, you hold for ages and then get cut off. No reply to email. No reply to on-line messaging. Nothing. I am totally annoyed with this shocking service, i just want to know where my order is, or get a refund.

WISH: TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DELIVERY!
As far as I am concerned this company has stolen my money. I purchased two items months ago for my daughters birthday in September. It is now December, the parcel is no where to be seen. Cannot get hold of anyone at Wish. A computer generated response is given that provides no information. My order has now disappeared from their system. I see hundreds of complaints. They should be closed down!!
