Roach infested Blue Bay Lodge

On my first night at Blue Bay Lodge, I found roaches under my pillow. I then told the lodge management and she apologized and advised that my room would be cleaned. I was there on a business trip so didn’t have time to entertain the whole issue. When my meetings where done I spoke to the same lady, I told her I would like to check out as I am uncomfortable sleeping at their establishment. We all know roaches are controlled by pest controllers, not domestic cleaning. I had already paid for my stay in full. She then told me I couldn’t get refunded as they have already cleaned my room. I told her the room had to be cleaned anyway, she then said they did a spring clean and not just a fresh up hence I cannot get my refund. This lady made me pay for cleaning their roach infested establishment. She then went a step further and told me they have never had anyone complain about roaches, basically implying that I had imagined the roaches. I don’t know how they got their 3 star rating.
