Bad service

Good day

Last year i received a call from blue dot. The caller was offering me a cell phone and based on the description she gave me and that it was the latest model i agreed to the terms. Upon delivery of the cell phone i realised it was completely a different phone from what we agreed upon. I contacted blue dot regarding my complaint, so they sent a delivery man to come pick it up. I was not aware that they are charging something i don't have on credit score and that i am in arrears. i returned their cell phone and don't owe them a cent. Now my credit score is very bad because of them. Please help.
