Bluedot is a ****, they will sell and offer you items that are not. once you have receive the item they start charging you for what you didnt order,they will also mess up your credit score

Bad service
Good day Last year i received a call from blue dot. The caller was offering me a cell phone and based on the description she gave me and that it was the latest model i agreed to the terms. Upon delivery of the cell phone i realised it was completely a different phone from what we agreed upon. I contacted blue dot regarding my complaint, so they sent a delivery man to come pick it up. I was not aware that they are charging something i don't have on credit score and that i am in arrears. i returned their cell phone and don't owe them a cent. Now my credit score is very bad because of them. Please help. Regards Esther Monye 8308260378087
