Appalling telecommunication service rendered
How does such a telecommunications company offer such an appalling service to their customers and then require us to pay on time and they do not live up to thier standards. We have been going offline for the past few months and no one takes accountability yet we are requested to pay for a full service.. I need someone to call me ASAP.. highly disappointed!!!!

Appalling telecommunication service rendered
How does such a telecommunications company offer such an appalling service to their customers and then require us to pay on time and they do not live up to thier standards. We have been going offline for the past few months and no one takes accountability yet we are requested to pay for a full service.. I need someone to call me ASAP.. highly disappointed!!!!

Worst customer service ever
Extremely bad service from the technical team, I had an appointment set for 9:30 and confirmed a few tomes even on the day they supposed to come out and got stories. However they called me back after half an hour saying they will come out to me first this was at 9. After a few phone calls some of which they did not even bother to answer they decided to arrive at 11:30. I was not at home at that time( I gave them a piece of my mind when they decided to call to open the gate). They now decided on their own time to come on Saturday morning without setting any time as if we got nothing to do but sit around and wait for people who does not respect time and setting of appointments. Apparently the management was not around to speak to me when I asked to speak to them, maybe the workers don't want the management to know of what's happening. The company needs to get people who are willing to work and respect the customers time. Just a side note customer is king as the old saying goes, without us you are nothing. I would like for someone to give me a call and sort out this problem

Blue dot data - Best choice i have made. Unlimited Data, No connection fee depending on your subscription, Their team's customer efficiency when you have a problem and they are realiable and a trusted brand in our community. We use blie dot data only. Network is fantastic and 32 x mobiles can connect on my frequency. I recommend that blue dot data should be in every house hold and perfect for home schooling and People working from home.

Customer Experience
I'm currently on a 10 MSPS Line and I'm enjoying every minute of it with no issues. If i experience issues and contact Blue dot team they are. 1. Extremely Friendly 2. Effective 3. Efficient 4. They customer centric and professional as they always want to prove that they exceed customers expectations. 5. They Value their Customer and treat every customer with a high level of respect. Best choice i have made as this help my children with online schooling and keeps them entertained all the time.

They are the worst data company anyone could get ... very unprofessional in a way that they cut ur WiFi connection every single day .. for the past two weeks we haven’t Had proper connection. They increased their price and yet they can’t provide a service for you ... you can not get through to them to find out the issue .. if you get through to them there is nothing they can do ..

Blue dot nonsense
Blue data is network (sunset rose investment ) is always giving us problems and their office staff are rude, people please stay away from bluedot.
