I had Uber debit my account on the 29th. Called the branch on the same day at 15:29. Was on the call for 13 m 8 sec with a lady by the name of Ayanda she helped alot with answering my questions and found no fault with her. On Tuesday the 2nd I tried to use my bank card and it declined 3 times.. later wanted to pour petrol it declined again!!!. Yesterday the 3rd I called in and I was told my card is blocked, for what?? They couldn't tell me.. I was then told I need to visit the branch for a new card.. Njanii????
Water piping for the beverage is out of order but the store failed to compensate us as customers to for the inconvenience caused by them. They made me pay an extra fare because of the stores poor maintainance and made it my fault. Highly disappointed!!!!
How does such a telecommunications company offer such an appalling service to their customers and then require us to pay on time and they do not live up to thier standards. We have been going offline for the past few months and no one takes accountability yet we are requested to pay for a full service.. I need someone to call me ASAP.. highly disappointed!!!!
I just bought Fanta Apple from Checkers in Boksburg and I am not impressed by the taste as it doesn't really taste like apple soda. There is a distinct taste that makes me feel like vomiting so I don't know if it's a storage issue or a batch issue or rather production issue.
McDonald's South Africa #1970346 GREAT NORTH Benoni Farrermere is just like a restaurant in a taxi rank!!! Staff is so unruly , calling each other from one end to the other and do not even take into account customers that are there to eat.. it's a disgrace of a restaurant especially because we drove so far thinking service is better but it's just a **** show!!!! It is appalling with high regard of disappointment!! Not forgetting the lady chewing gum near the coffee counter whilst on her phone on duty!!!! , you'd swear she has a gadget in her mouth that making that disgusting sound!!!
Bought our breakfast meal at McDonald's, The Palms K90 Boksburh and the Boerie burger with an egg inside had too many egg shells. They can surely do better. Wasn't a pleasure indulging simply because of the egg shells.
I can't express the level of disrespect of such disgusting food being served to a customer!! I have endured the horrible service received from the beyers park KFC branch!! Staff is never friendly and very dismissive!!! I wish I could post the picture of the wings I got after spending my money. I had to dispose my food because I don't know why it looked like it was bitten and put back in the fryer. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy from this KFC in Boksburg ever again!!! Not even my colleagues or the company I work for.. so disgusted.
I have never experienced such horrible at Game store at Chris Hani crossing at Vosloorus. Bought a fridge in about November and paid it in 4 installments. A guy was assisting me but because of his incompetence he failed to deliver on time as promised. When I call him , he always opts to call back even though he knows he wouldn't!! Ive paid the fridge in full and I just wanted whats due to me but because he is not an honest being.. I just want a refund and I definitely will not refer anybody to any game store for appliances!! Highly disappointed

I have called in a number of times with the hope that they'll assist me with a claim that is so simply to resolve! Spoke to Mthokozisi first as he tried to assist me and apparently the automotive claim was not processed as they had a problem with the system. Called in again spoke to a lady she said she'll process the claim manually and should expect a call in an hour or so from glass fit. Called in again!!! Spoke to nkululeko in which he really did his utmost best to assist me and the guys from glass fit failed him!!. Called in for the ****en last time and the lady I spoke was just so rude and didn't even move a finger to make sure I get help!! Not the first time experiencing this kind of service from this insurance company.. very pathetic and really disappointing!
