Extremely bad service from the technical team, I had an appointment set for 9:30 and confirmed a few tomes even on the day they supposed to come out and got stories. However they called me back after half an hour saying they will come out to me first this was at 9. After a few phone calls some of which they did not even bother to answer they decided to arrive at 11:30. I was not at home at that time( I gave them a piece of my mind when they decided to call to open the gate). They now decided on their own time to come on Saturday morning without setting any time as if we got nothing to do but sit around and wait for people who does not respect time and setting of appointments. Apparently the management was not around to speak to me when I asked to speak to them, maybe the workers don't want the management to know of what's happening. The company needs to get people who are willing to work and respect the customers time. Just a side note customer is king as the old saying goes, without us you are nothing. I would like for someone to give me a call and sort out this problem
