Extremely bad service from the technical team, I had an appointment set for 9:30 and confirmed a few tomes even on the day they supposed to come out and got stories. However they called me back after half an hour saying they will come out to me first this was at 9. After a few phone calls some of which they did not even bother to answer they decided to arrive at 11:30. I was not at home at that time( I gave them a piece of my mind when they decided to call to open the gate). They now decided on their own time to come on Saturday morning without setting any time as if we got nothing to do but sit around and wait for people who does not respect time and setting of appointments. Apparently the management was not around to speak to me when I asked to speak to them, maybe the workers don't want the management to know of what's happening. The company needs to get people who are willing to work and respect the customers time. Just a side note customer is king as the old saying goes, without us you are nothing. I would like for someone to give me a call and sort out this problem
What a waste of time trying to apply for a account on edgars online application, sent everything as requested, and keep getting emails and sms stating I must send latest 3 months bank statements, I have sent it like 4 times as how they stated using the ID number as the reference. I called them up this morning and the lady just does not understand when I'm telling her I sent it 3 times. I yold her to delete my application as I can't deal with a company like this
Even with my last review being replied to by vodacom saying they will contact me, guess what up till now no reply from them......
They called me on my way home on monday regarding my complaint,they asked for the asked for reference numbers, however I was unable to give it to them at that moment They said they will call back on Tuesday. Unfortunately they did not call. Seems like they not really worried about customer care. Useless bunch
Extremely bad service from lakeside mall, advanced repair center and especially from ceo emailing services, I bought a xiaomi redirect 10A which was extremely slow, took it back they exchanged it for the same phone, exactly the same problem, again they exchanged it for the same make, had again the same problem took it back which lakeside mall kept 09/01/2023 it takes them 7 days to now send it to the advanced repair center. The 1st time round they kept the phone for more then 21 working days. I have been kept the ceo office in update as to what's happening and now they don't even bother to reply to any of the emails. Basically you pay for a phone which is more in for repairs then what you can use it, and it's exactly the same apps I downloaded on my previous phones and had no proble. Why does vodacom sell phones which they don't have spares on. When asked to exchange the unit for another brand and allow me to pay in the difference,they say it's not allowed as the manufacturer will not do so. I have been a loyal customer for as far back as I can remember, I got 5 contracts with them and I will not renew any of them as they come to an end. Biggest bunch of liers,1st of all they confirm they are vodacom direct and I asked this numerous times on the call,2nd you don't get what was promised . I upgraded my data line from a 20gb to a 40gb day and 40gb night and 10gb for video's which should have been 90gb total ,here I'm still getting 20 day and 20 night,but the amount they deducted frkm my account is correct. Called vodacom and they gave me a number which I must call (chargeable call I might add) and now I must wait for 5 working days for them to check what was told over the voice call. The lady I spoke to when they called giving me all the information stated was correct,lied all the time just to renew my contract through them.please guys stay away from these guys and deal directly with the upgrades department by calling yourself to them
I'm really unhappy with vodacom giving my personal information to outside companies, I got a call from a lady stating she's from vodacom and had all my info from my I'd number to the 2 contract numbers which was due to upgrade. I had questioned her a few times on the call asking if she really is vodacom direct and she said yes,turns out she's from a company called mondeo mobile, which I might add does not give you what was promised for the upgrade. I requested a copy if the call which they say I must go to a vodacom store only then they can give it to them for me to listen,as I would like to get my lawyers involved and get both contracts cancelled due to the lies told and with vodacom giving my info out without my consent. Being a big company like vodacom they feel they can just do what ever they want
If i could give stars in the minus I would, pay for games advertised and 3 days later they say no stock and want to put the money on credit, so they keep you ransom to buy something else from them, bunch of crooks. So called black friday deals are same price or higher then previously advertised. Used my voucher given by my bank R250 of R450 or more and when they credit your account they minus the full discount of the 1 game they don't have so you must pay full price on the 2nd game ordered.
